This review is for the Embroidery and screen printing not the store itself: Some of the employees working there look like they just hate their life....nobody forced you to be in the T-shirt printing business buddy! If you're not happy with your job then make a change! Was at the desk for about 5 minutes before an employee finally acknowledged me. He saw me standing there didn't even bother to say "hi" or we "will be right with you" just looked at me and looked right back at his work as if hoping I would magically go away lol Anyway when he finally came over (dragging his feet) he gave me a quote on some shirts but by that point I didn't feel like giving my business to people who didn't really want it so I listened for about 30 seconds before leaving. $50 for one time embroidering fee and like $10 a shirt go there if you must but don't expect the best service read more

Shout out to Freddy who made my t-shirt design for my husband's 30th destination birthday come true! I was referred to this T-shirt Mart from a friend who got hats made for a group trip of hers and she was the one who came up with the idea to do the same for our trip. Freddy was great and a pleasure to work with. He really understood working with me to make my design a reality. I felt silly at first coming in with my own design I made from some random online design template and was skeptical that they would be anywhere close to what I had envisioned but he did it! He cleaned up the picture so that it wasn't so pixilated and even tried to download the exact font that I used on my design. I appreciated his genuine interest in making my design his priority to not only recreate, but to get it exactly how I wanted it. You don't get that from many people and it was definitely disarming considering I was worried about getting the shirts done and how they would turn out because I suffer from the compulsion to have things absolutely perfect! He did such a fantastic job and I could feel that he loves what he does because we had a nice chat after he showed me the finished product. He was even agonizing about getting the orange just the right hue! He truly identifies himself as an artist and his artistry absolutely made this experience worth every penny. The only unfortunate thing about my experience was that they were limited on tank top styles, sizes AND colors! I thought that was strange since the name of business is TSHIRT MART so you would think they would have a ready supply of all kinds, but maybe I just came on an off day. Went in to have a shirt printed and when I pointed out that the coloring was wrong and referred to the picture, he said the colors were the same, even though the one I emailed was clearly red and what was printed out was like a maroon or brown and not bright red. The black on it looked kind of faded as well. I was so pissed that I just paid and left as I had brought the shirt in that was printed on. A complete waste of about $20. Will never go there again! You should definitely look into another company! read more

This to me is very important. Especially in the befgining phases of a business. My family and I all made some shirts pretty last minute to wear to my brothers graduation from MCRD and everyone in the store was super helpful and very sweet. Jeff was able to help my mom out and I later came in and was helped by Kiana (so sorry if that's incorrect I forgot to get her name and asked the gentleman that cashiered) but she was so patient with me and helpful and she has GREAT customer service. Eh. Decent price. I only went because it was close. The ladies in the front are a different business or department than the people in the back customizing the T shirts. The ladies up front were so rudeeeeeeeeee. The guys in the back were not much more welcoming than the ladies in the front. The shirt turned out pretty, however they only would let me choose from the first few things that popped up on google. They were not really friendly. You should know exactly what you want before you get there. Other than that, they were very fast. Just not real friendly or helpful. I went here to get shirts screen printed for our Halloween costumes. I brought my own shirts I got from h&m because I wasn't sure what the selection was like. They have tons of shirts though, next level which is comparable to American Apparel, so soft ones not just Hanes or whatever. Alex helped me and designed the logo I needed. He did a great job and I was there for about 30 minutes. It was more expensive than I thought it would be, but with no other alternative it was worth it. I was really nervous to go here for some reason and I kept putting it off, turns out it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The person who took care of my order, did a nice job, but, I was disappointed with the way he and the other 2 employees there, related to me as a customer. No smiles, or welcoming gesture or appreciation of giving them business. He did not even have a name tag or say his name or quoted the price prior to doing the job. Customer service is vital to a business, not only the end result of the job order, but, the way the customer is treated to make him/ her, feel like a valuable client. Secondly no one told me I had to pay upfront. So when I went to go pay tonight the cashier asked me to pay first I kindly said can I see the T-shirts first please? She rolled her eyes at me and said I'm not even done with them. I asked them how come they called me and said to come on in they are done? Secondly when I did see them I explain to her the size of the names again and said I was not happy again I got the eye roll and pretty much told she doesn't care. Just pay your invoice. This place has absolutely no customer service. The lady at the front counter is the rudest person you could meet why would somebody put her in the front? Move her to the back to do inventory or something she does not need to be around customers! I've gone to this place a few times when they were on Main Street in El Cajon they've always been pretty reliable but this time was an experience that I was not ready for not only did they not have the sizes that I needed and most popular shirts but the lady up front was very rude and when I paid she said she didn't have any $1 bills and I said I was sorry that I didn't have anyone's to help her out with and she gave me more attitude Granite I did buy the shirts but I don't think I'll be going there to have them do the logos..... customer service is key to bringing back more customers. read more

Zero stars this company insulted me yesterday they are total jerks, I would not recommend them at all, 9 minutes to close I call them I'm on my way to pick up a paid order, I was just a few blocks away, they stated "you have to get there before 6 or no deal," so I told them I'll be there, I rushed and got there 5:59 they where gone, they seriously left early, knowing I urgently needed the shirt to show my boss in the morning, and I had called and told them that I was a few blocks away, I have no reason to lie I honestly got there 1 minute before closing and the clerk lady was still in the parking lot leaving, she still had the audacity to give me attitude, made me feel awful. For a T-shirt print shop - they really struggle with... PRINTING! I've put in multiple orders at this location and have been disappointed more than pleased. The last order I did was a re-order and I specified with the designer that I wanted to increase the size of the design - I even watched him measure it out on a garment and we agreed on the change. Picked up the order and the design wasn't increased in size, it was exactly the same as the old one. Would have them re-print but people brought in their own items to have printed on, and those aren't easily replaceable. It's just very frustrating that a business built around printing on shirts, has a difficult time doing just that. The turn around time is usually pretty good and you really can't beat the prices. But at what cost? read more
