Customer service at this location is HORRIBLE!! I have used them in the past and thought the same thing, but thought I would give them one more shot in the new location...never again! Though, the designer that helped me this last time was GREAT (Chris was his name, I believe)...EVERYONE else was HORRIBLE! I have had 2 encounters with the older lady at the front counter and both times she was extremely rude and unhelpful! She refused to give me the owners name (like I can't find it on my own?) and only wanted me to speak to the "manager" who is just as rude and unhelpful! We will never go here again! I have been coming to this place since before printing your own shirts was "cool". They have always been great. Seems as of late, within the past year and a half, this place has really fallen off. It seems like they do not give a damn about customer service. I usually always work with Alex. Let me tell you, that man knows what he's doing and is always the most helpful and kind guy. He is the only reason why I choose to still give this location my business. There has been a few times where I had to work with other "designers". I say I have dealt with 4 other "designers" in the past year and a half. They have all been TERRIBLE!! Worst customer service, EVER! I'm not the only one that thinks so. Witnessed a few people having the same issues. Also, not asking what I want or how I would like my artwork printed. Just going with what they want and when I ask otherwise, they tell me they can't. Alex is probably the only one in this place worth a damn. If you need to come here, trust me, WORK WITH ALEX.. Keep up the good work Alex. I will only deal with you. read more

I went into T-shirt mart to get some large back patches made. I ended up working with Jakub, and he has made the entire experience truly fantastic. He has worked diligently to honor the artwork, tweaking and making changes for us along the way to ensure the outcome is a great patch. He printed the patches for us, and they are absolutely fantastic. The work was so good, we have chosen to push a lot more work his way. Currently he is working on rocker patches, as well as some original artwork that will be created from nothing more than a verbal communicated idea. Jakub has truly honored the spirit of our work, and has been a joy to work with. I highly recommend him. read more

You better make darn sure that you get the right size before paying (and probably that there are no defects either). I bought 5 tshirts for my granddaughter for camp 2 days ago. All the tags said "small" and they all came out of bins marked "small". And of course I washed them (on cold) when we got home so I could fold them and get them ready to pack. When I laid them out after they came out of the dryer 2 of them were smaller than the other 3. They fit but barely. An apparent mislabeling of the size. I took them back this morning to exchange them. The first thing the clerk did is ask if I washed them. Knowing what I know now, I should have said no. But since I am a very honest (stupid) person, I said yes but that they hadn't been worn. I was then informed they couldn't be returned if they had been washed even if they hadn't been worn. I pointed out the size difference to show that they had been mislabled. She said, oh but, this one says "youth retail" and this one just says "youth". Hello, both sets if tshirts say small on the label. And the bins are all marked small. Nothing doing. I was so mad I wasn't very nice I am afraid. This is @#$%$#@! It's not the money it's the fact they don't stand behind their products. Their receipt says no refund- exchange only in 14 days but it doesn't say anything about washing. I will never buy anything there again. I will be happy to pay more money elsewhere so these shyster people don't get to put anymore of my money in their worthless pockets. read more

Third and last time I will use this company at this location. I urgently needed there service and yet again the machine is down for the one thing I needed. Not to mention they're always rude when I come in, they change my artwork when I come in, and they always tell me they're going to charge me to change the artwork because I brought it in the wrong format, even though it's not. This place treats its customers like a bunch of ignorant tools. The staff for the most part is rude and condescending. If it were not for convince I would not shop here or ever spend a dime at this place because the staff and management is a joke. If you need it quick and don't mind being treated like a bag of trash then the work isn't bad but I have to give this place a 1 star because of the customer service and attitude I get every time I come here. And trust me I have given this place several chances to redeem themselves. However time and time again they fail to improve in their customer service and satisfaction. I watched them print the wrong thing on a shirt and try charging a guy for their mistake! I've also brought in personal apparel here and they messed it up and tried charging me for the embroidery. I understand that it's my responsibility for the shirt but if they screwed up why would I pay for something that is not wearable? Anyway enough of the rant. Just the sign on the door "NO Restrooms cellphones pets ect." Says enough about how they feel toward their customers. However, if you do go in, ask for Brian to help you he, is the nicest and most helpful and will help you cope with the pain of the horrendous customer service. Convince the but a pain to put up with majority of the staff. Would give 2.5 but the new store is much nicer than the old one and their work isn't bad. Just gotta cope with the lack of customer service. And I'll admit that is hard for me. I don't like being treated poorly. Is what it is so 3 stars for now. Only because of convenience and decent quality and speed. They can turn out small projects in less than an hour most of the time. read more

Horrible customer service. The last THREE times my boyfriend and I have gone to this T-Shirt Mart they've messed up our orders and did not care to fix things or make us happy. They still made us pay for our messed up items like it was some kind of store policy. The people behind the counter are so incredibly rude, lazy, and sloppy. Amazing to get good help! Freddie custom designed shirts in less than 30 minutes. He was designing before I could finish what I wanted. He did a great job for our soccer team. I'm NOT gonna give a low rating for one employee, because before this I never have had a bad experience. I went in and after awhile (it understandably takes a while sometimes) my number was called. I go to this guy (don't remember his name just he was older then all the young ones and had light hair) I told him what I was thinking for my shirt and he responded in a rude tone "No I don't know what you mean" then he tells me that if it takes more then 15 minutes he's gonna charge 50$ hr. What the heck?!? I've been here so many times and have never heard this.. I would understand if it took more than an hour, but only 15 min?! Come on now... if they are actually doing this I'm going somewhere else. I can not get over how rude he was, it was so astonishing to me. I love this place and always recommend people to go here, but after this "15min+ will cost you 50$hr I may need to find somewhere else... shame. Freddie here is AMAZING! BEWARE LADIES! I went to this t-shirt shop to get couple t-shirts printed for myself and I was help by an Asian guy name Alex. He decide to shake my hand and did a thing where he rub and shoved his middle finger into my palm of my hand than as I tried to take my hand back he would not let go of my hand right away. I was shocked by this gesture, but politely tried to over look this as I was showing him what I wanted by pointing at pictures on the table he kept trying to touch my finger. I felt very creeped out it was like he was making some kind of advancement towards me in a creepy way. The whole experience was so creepy as I left again Alex grab my hand again to shake it and did the same creepy finger thing to me. I told my friends about what happen and they all said that was some type of sexual advancement towards me. Very gross Alex I will be contact the owner regarding this. This is no way to run business I will not return there ever again. Only way I would come back is with my boyfriend and he would thump you in the head(Alex)! read more

Wanted to say thank you so much Thom for your help on my son's gift. It was a sweater that I wanted Naruto eyes on it in the front and backside a character that my son loves. I didn't realize the work and information needed to do this. I thought it was really simple, but yes I was one of those customers that was complicated. He was beyond patient with me and worked with me for 1hour just to make me happy and satisfied! The printing took few minutes, but his researching the right image to be able to be used was the best customer service I've received in a long time. He helped me on 12/21/16 and I apologize for the delay on my review, but let me just say my son loves his sweater and practically wears it everyday! His friends and passerby people always compliment his sweater and love the work!! I will definitely come back to this store and always request Thom because he is the best in my eyes and has the patience for me. Thank you so much again and keep up your great work.
