Prices were reasonable and food wasn't too bad. The flavor on the wings were good - I got the secret hot and spicy wings. It was crispy and I got the combo that came with the fries. Thai tea boba was okay. Great location but parking is pretty tight, luckily I got a spot behind the building. Good selection of different drinks to choose from.

The chicken here is so damn good. I came here to try the drinks and was surprised they had food, too! Drinks are great also - it's a bit overwhelming since they have a lot of drink options. First time I came here I ordered a melon slushie and wasn't a fan of the amount of jelly pieces there were and the cold foam (it was more savory than I was expecting) so this time I ordered it without the cold foam. I ordered the guava slushie this time and it came with crystal pearls (no real taste but similar to boba pearls without the popping.

This location just opened in late November 2025. Loved their bubble tea as there is a similar location in Huntersville. This site is serving some hot, prepared to order food. Tried their chicken wings and chicken sandwich. Outstanding. Won't go wrong grabbing a bite with their tasty bubble teas.

Hands down, this is my favorite Boba tea place in Charlotte! But what I love is that there's a screen you can order from that has a picture of each and every single item so you know exactly what you're gonna get and what it will look like and it's just so helpful!

I have ordered tea from here a couple of times for my husband while he was at work and had it delivered through DoorDash. My husband absolutely loves it and so today I drove out from Waxhaw and just to come get tea for him I. Highly recommend delicious with an insane amount of drink, as well as fried chicken and Korean hotdog options and a couple of deserts. The atmosphere is the exact vibe I wanted to catch. I love it here......

Food is good, especially the corn dogs, the location is definitely convenient, but the parking kind of sucks. The service was good even though the cook took long with our food but overall, I had a good experience and the place was clean and also they have a area to get refreshing water, which is nice and cold. The toy machine was a rip off though because every time it picked up a toy it will drop it because it didn't have a good grip so we literally waisted almost $10 which was very disappointing so they need to look into that.

First time trying their Korean hot dog and it was absolutely delicious! I also really like their wings. I've been to other Tsocaa locations in Charlotte and Jacksonville, Florida, and I love all the selections. Everything has always been fresh and tasty. Definitely one of my favorite spots!

The environment is very beautiful and seems more authentic than the old boba place.

Over the years, I've become heart broken. I've had to sit on this review for a minute because I've…read moremade my decision to never come back here again. On the afternoon/evening of 8/4/25 my husband and I came in. We ordered rose bubble tea, and lavender bubble tea, both large, oat milk, double boba. The second we came in we saw the girl peak her head out and rolled her eyes. "What do you want." With no energy and heavy attitude. I was polite and said my order. And she seemed upset about something on her mind. We decided to tip her I think 15-18% to see if it would make her happy or brighten her day. She didn't say thank you and she just turned around and walked away. I was not expecting her to say thank you for the tip, but I was expecting her to say thank you or your order will be out soon as a customer service note. There was another guy behind the counter/curtain and he mentioned something which made her go. "Oh well it's too late now, and then she shrugged her shoulders. " and we heard that as we left the building. Got home and within about 20 minutes my husband and I threw up. I have no idea what happened to these drinks, as the curtains are closed behind the counter. I no longer trust this place to make me SAFE food.

We had 6 in total for our party. I love the number of options that they have to offer and am glad they also had a variety of food. The wait staff was friendly and patient with the questions we had about our order. We did have to wait a while for our order of 7 deinks and 7 food items. The drinks came out first, then the ramen and then the noodles and rice. The drinks were delicious, and the galaxy teas were so pretty!! It was definitely difficult to select just one option to try. If you go with a large party and they're willing to share, I would definitely recommend going that route!! A must try spot if you're in the area.

We even made it a mini date since we recently became parents, which made the outing special for us. The order took a while to prepare, even though the restaurant wasn't crowded. When we received our food, the packaging seemed small, but I stayed optimistic. Unfortunately, once I opened my sandwich, I was disappointed. The portion of meat was very small, and the bread was quite thin. While the flavor was there, the portion size didn't meet our expectations. We also ordered a vanilla latte, which was very good and definitely a highlight. I would still recommend this place to family and friends, but I'd be sure to let them know that the sandwich portions are smaller than what we're used to at similar restaurants.

I've never had a business call me directly to get more info on my order and Tea Fusion Cafe did that! I ordered their Taro Milk tea and they were out of it. So, someone from the store called me to get another option and I thought that was REALLY cool. Most spots would just not send it or do anything. She was very nice on the phone and I really appreciated the extra care. I also ordered the tofu banh mi and it was perfection!!! So so so good!! I would definitely check this spot out again. Can't wait!!

It tasted like focus, with subtle notes of questioning my life choices--in a good way. The atmosphere felt like a place where time either slows down or speeds up depending on how long you stare at your cup. The barista seemed to understand my order before I said it, which was comforting and mildly unsettling. I left more awake than when I arrived, but not entirely sure if it was because of the coffee or the existential clarity it provided. Either way, I'll definitely be back, unless I already am.

The area was clean and the cute interior makes for a good social media photo op. The menu has good variety and explorative flavors that encourages repeat visits. I got a Mango Milk Tea and was not disappointed. It gave a Mango Lassi vibe and was very refreshing. My only downside was the bottom of the drink tasted gritty and had a white residue left at the bottom. Also, I initially wanted the drink with light ice and this was my first encounter at a shop that charges extra for light ice (45 cents). Not a huge deal and I understand that companies incur more costs for light ice or no ice. Maybe I could justify the additional charge for getting the drink without ice, but I still wanted ice---just not a lot of it. I just would've like to have been told about it or seen some signage about the additional charge since the toppings and other add ons are listed out. I could've missed where it was listed out, but I don't think I saw anything written out. Nonetheless, after a few healthy gulps, I was sad that the drink was gone. I would come back to try other items.

As a San Francisco Bay Area foodie who's been steadily eating my way through Charlotte, I had…read morebookmarked Lee's Sandwiches and was excited to finally give it a try--and overall, it did not disappoint. The concept is refreshingly simple: a straightforward menu of banh mi sandwiches, summer rolls, chips, and prepared foods ready to go. They also offer beer on tap, traditional Vietnamese iced coffee and tea, and fresh fruit smoothies. No frills--just solid, approachable Vietnamese fare. I ordered the #8 Chinese barbecue (char siu) banh mi and requested light pâté and extra vegetables. The sandwich was made to order and came out quickly. One of the owners kindly let me know that pâté typically isn't included on that particular sandwich and didn't charge me for it, which I appreciated. The sandwich itself was good, reasonably priced (around $8-9), and filling. I also ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee, which delivered exactly the caffeine kick I was looking for. It wasn't overly sweet, had beautifully crushed ice, and came with a proper lid--not the plastic film seal you sometimes see at boba shops. Combined, the sandwich and coffee came to about $15, which felt like a great value. The interior is charming and thoughtfully designed. There's a small tuk-tuk display with retail items, traditional Vietnamese decor like bamboo hats on the walls, and even a seating area with low stools that gives a nod to the street-side dining style you'd find in Vietnam. I also loved the creative touch of repurposed Café Du Monde coffee cans holding napkins and chopsticks--simple, clever, and memorable. One small note for authenticity seekers: as someone who grew up with traditional Vietnamese cuisine, I've been searching for the classic old-school imperial rolls made with rice paper that fries up bubbly, crispy, and slightly chewy. The owner confirmed what I've been noticing--that many restaurants in the Charlotte area adapt recipes to American tastes, so that particular style is harder to find here. It wasn't a dealbreaker, just an interesting cultural observation. For my personal taste, the char siu wasn't quite as rich or fatty as the Chinese barbecue versions I'm used to, and the pâté had a slightly bitter note. Next time, I'll likely try the lemongrass pork banh mi and skip the pâté altogether. Insider tip: This is a great spot for a quick, affordable lunch with authentic flavors and fast service. The iced coffee alone is worth the visit. Overall, a cute, well-run neighborhood shop with solid value, friendly service, and a menu that does a few things well. I'll definitely be back to continue exploring the offerings.
