This is our favorite bobbaa place. I had the traditional milk taro caramel tea w tapioca balla and my daughter had the strawberry milk w the jelly strawberry Jams. While leaving Super G Mart I noticed this boba tea spot and since I'm such a boba tea enthusiast I decided to try them out. Upon entering the atmosphere is real nice and clean, they have a green wall with a fluorescent sign that's set up really cute for insta worthy photos! I was able to walk right up and place my order, I got the passion fruit green tea with Aloe, Mango popping boba and lychee jelly. 7/10 - It tasted okay, something was a bit off but I couldn't put my finger on it. My son got the Pineapple green tea with Mango popping boba. Not sure how to rate this because he said he liked it, but a whole hour later it's just sitting in the fridge, lol. I went with the brown sugar milk tea, and while it was good, I typically like it sweeter, so I added some caramel drizzle. However, either there wasn't enough or it sank to the bottom. So happy there's a Ding Tea closer to me now since the other one was a bit out of the way. They have a cute wall for decor and the inside has ample seating if you wanted to hang around. The drinks are made well, and seem to be consistent for the past two times I've been there. The golden boba is the perfect consistency - soft but chewy. I normally get the smaller size for drinks, but they only have one size here unlike the other Ding Tea locations so I'm unsure if it's specific to this location or not. NEVER sleep on the strip malls. Literally some of the best bubble tea and boba found thus far! Monster boba was adorable, tasty and hits the right spot when the heat wave makes coffee taste like way too indulgent. The Hokkaido oolong boba was the perfect refreshing sip, that literally cools you a solid 20 degrees. The boba is perfectly sweet, well seasoned, with the right amount of chew. The girls there are helpful, quick and well versed in all the tea flavor combs you could think off! Did I mention they have a selfie wall too... Best of all, the price- unlike some places (I know rent is expensive) that would charge 9-12 dollars one of these delicious drinks the prices and fair and just. Ok, so I had never been here before and wanted to stop by and see if they had Vietnamese coffee (they do not). Walked in and was not busy at all, so the girl behind the counter immediately greeted us and was just waiting for us to order. Now she was just standing there waiting and that makes me nervous so I quickly just tried to order some forms of coffee drink. I ended up ordering a large Vanilla flavored coffee drink and a Chai tea. Now the Boba balls do not come with the drink, that is extra (which is weird bc usually those drinks come with it). I didnt realize until after I ordered that you can tell them how much ice you want and also the sugar level you would like in your drink (extra, normal, less, slightly...etc) so unfortunately I DID not like my drink at all. I wish I could have just taken the time out to look through the menu or all of the signs they had taped with all the information to help you order. Also, I feel like the girl behind the counter could've helped me out or explained things better as she did see me get flustered and I asked questions but she looked rather annoyed that I didn't know what to order. It does not matter who is working, the teas will always taste the same not like other places that depending on who is working the teas are made slightly different. Was really excited to try this place. Seems like they just opened so everything should have some sort of high standards/ cleanliness. I placed an order on Uber eats and was unable to finish the entirety of the signature milk tea so I wanted to pour the tea out in the sink and toss the clear boba. While pouring out the tea in the sink, this fly (see pictures) falls out, onto the sink. As anyone would, I felt SO gross to my stomach knowing that this was what was in my drink the whole time. Filed a complaint with Uber eats and left a bad rating on Uber eats but beware if coming here. Evidently does not seem very hygienic and should probably file a complaint with the NC food and drug protection division read more

Absolutely love that there's finally a good bubble tea store in the same plaza as my favorite Asian grocery store- G Mart. Who needs Starbucks and Target when you can do Ding Tea and G Mart? I was always disappointed by the bubble teas offered in the G Mart food court but now I don't need to settle for subpar bubble tea when I can get good quality boba from Ding Tea with friendly service. The interior is nicely decorated and clean, a nice change from G Mart's food court. We got the Thai tea and jasmine milk tea with their golden boba. I would have liked to see a bit of a higher ratio of boba to tea but the boba was very fresh and perfectly chewy. I can't wait to come back and visit before our G Mart grocery store trips! read more

My partner and I came to Ding Tea yesterday after stopping at the Super G Mart. I've always wanted to try Ding Tea but haven't until yesterday. I'm familiar with the brand. The staff here is friendly and efficient. She took my order right away and was really accommodating to our requests for ice and sugar level adjustments. My partner tried their slush, and I ordered my typical. I tried crystal boba, and it was delicious but not tapioca. I wish I asked what the difference between Crystal and golden boba is. It didn't change the taste of my drink, and I also added egg pudding as an ingredient. They quickly made our order since they had opened not too long ago, and it wasn't super busy. We were in and out. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for bubble tea, and they're also on delivery apps which is convenient. Goodbye money! My husband and I work hard so I can fill my belly with boba tea. I'm thrilled that Ding Tea has opened another location! I checked out the Shopton location a few weeks ago and really liked my bubble tea, but this one is closer to me. The tea shop is in a strip mall, nothing special, but the service here is wonderful. The people working behind the counter were really welcoming and kind. I also noticed the woman in front of me pointed out an error in her order and they were quick and gracious in correcting it. I don't order anything terribly elaborate for my bubble tea - just a flavored black tea with the golden boba. But somehow even something as simple as that is so, so good! The boba texture was just right, not too firm and not too chewy, and I like how you can choose the sweetness and ice levels with your order. The inside area didn't appear to have much seating, but I visited on what I think was one of their first few official days open. The space itself is pretty small, though, so they may just be putting their energy into making great boba tea for folks who want it to go. Really cute shop. The staff is super friendly and helpful I asked if they had milk alternatives and they do they have almond milk but my drink was made with non dairy creamer. I came because I saw the strawberry tea on Instagram and it did not disappoint. This place is 15 min from me and in the same shopping center as super G mart. I'll definitely be back. I think it was either a Hispanic or Arabian girl that took my order and she was like really rushing. She also needed to speak up because I couldn't hear her at all!! Came there on 12/3/23 around noon and order a passion fruit black tea and told her everything on ice and sugar level and then she immediately said the total.
