I was not a fan of the boba, but their Vietnamese coffee was top tier! Would order again!

The perfect fusion teas are the best! Diced up fresh fruit, I add mango pearls. Strawberry, Watermelon and Honeydew are my three favorites. Today I decided to order a sandwich. I came here in a hot Saturday afternoon in need for some refreshment after a friend suggested I should give them a try. I walked in and the guy working the register was immediately curt and rude. Hurrying me along by repeatedly asking me, "Anything else?", after every specification to the ONE tea I ordered. It was so rude that his coworker came over to try to smooth things out with warmer service. I ordered the passion fruit pleasure, double boba, 25% sweet, regular ice. The flavor of the tea was delicious but some of the dehydrated fruits didn't rehydrate which made overall mouthfeel less than ideal. The ambiance of was lackluster at best but very low on my list of priorities for a boba spot. I am open to try again with just boba in the future and hope for a better service experience. read more

Me and my dad have been here twice in a week we love this place. The food is amazing, the service is next level always nice to me and my dad. Honestly I have never had a bad experience. Just tried this place. It has a cute atmosphere, and photo wall. We ordered the brown sugar boba which said "New". I found this ironic because the original boba tea is brown sugar so idk why this would be a new item. Unfortunately it was not my favorite. The boba balls tasted good but the tea itself tasted like it was from a powder. The liquid was foamy and thick. Whereas it should be tea and milk, which is a more fluid consistency. I have high hopes! My sister and I came this afternoon! We had been waiting since we heard about the new establishment! It's so great to finally have a boba place in the matthews/mint hill area! The ladies who work here are very sweet. I believe the manager or one of them came by to say hi to my son and I. He was kind. The atmosphere was very chill. I would recommend to high schoolers coming to hangout, college students wanting a lowkey spot to do homework during the weekday, or a family in the mood for a sweet treat. They also sell cheesecakes and other sweets. I ordered the number 16 blended (Green Tea with boba pearls), and my sister ordered the Passionfruit fresh tea with boba pearls. They gave her free lychee jelly as well (because they forgot the Jonás originally). I would give my blended matcha a 10/10. Pearls were fresh and it was the right sweetness level imo. I'm not sure if they have the option to ask for different sweetness ice levels etc but I will come back. My sister would rate her drink 9/10 because it was good. read more

I ordered a tofu bahn mi and it was terrible. The bread was hard and dry the tofu was hard and dry. I asked for extra veg and paid more for it but there was barely any veg and no pickled radish or any sauce. I had eaten there before about a year ago and it was delicious. This time it was terrible. The counter service was not quite rude but not at all welcoming. Do not recommend. Did not try the boba. read more

This Boba location is extremely convenient since it's super close to my home. It's located in a shopping center where a food lion is at, so it can definitely get super busy and crowded. There is a big open parking lot with plenty of parking spaces to choose from, but since a food lion is located there, sometimes it does get very crowded with limited up close parking spaces. The inside is very modern and stylish. They have plenty of cute small seating areas in side as well as some outside patio seating. There is a little room to the right when you first enter that kind of reminds me of a little living room. They have a lot of cute little fake plans around. Kids can draw a little picture, and the employees will tape them up to the wall. Overall, it is a nice environment, especially for teenage kids who just want to hang out and drink Boba. Now I will say that I am NOT a fan of Boba, but I do enjoy their Vietnamese coffee with milk. It's super delicious and strong just how I like it. Every time I go and order one, it always tastes amazing. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because my son ordered a blueberry yogurt Boba Tea, and unfortunately, he ended up getting food poisoning from it. Now fast forwards to two weeks later I ordered their Bánh Mi sandwich & even though it was delicious, I did also in fact got food poisoning from them as well! I'm not sure what happened as we both got food poisoning from this place, but it did hold us off on coming here for a while. We have gone back but mainly for my husband since he loves Boba Tea, but neither my son nor myself have taken the plunge on ordering anything else from here, unfortunately. Other than that, it's a great clean location, and if you're a fan of Boba, this is your spot. read more

I love that there is finally a bubble tea shop closer to Mint Hill! I stopped in here on a Sunday evening and ordered a Mango Bubble Tea. It did catch me off guard since it appeared to have milk in it (even though there was a separate milk tea menu). Overall, the service was fast and the tea and boba tasted good. Would NOT recommend for boba lovers. The bobas were old and overcooked. The flavors were not inviting whatsoever. We ended up throwing ours out after a couple of sips because I didn't want to waste my calories on them. read more

I would like to say I'm a boba fanatic and I love discovering new boba places to try their products. When I walked in I was really amazed at the atmosphere and environment of the establishment. It felt very welcoming and inviting to new guest. I asked if they used fruit for their drinks, unfortunately they informed me that it was powder. I tried out their avocado bubble, but it tasted like honeydew and the boba balls were hard. Sadly, boba balls are hard when they are left out for a long period of time. I do want to try their other products, like their banh mi & coffee, so I will be coming back. There are very few boba establishments in the area, so I do hope their products improve. read more
