The place was packed, the drive thru line was wrapped around the building and the customers were growing impatient waiting for their orders. We got in line and waited to place our order wondering if we made a mistake. It wasn't a very long wait until we were ablet to place our orders and even though Andy's was as busy as it was, the gentleman that took our order was really nice and patient. Long story but in the end that same gentleman singlehandedly finished taking orders, jumped into the back and caught all of the walk up orders up by hustling back and forth. There were three people working the drive thru and he, alone, was taking orders and filling them. I wish I had his name to give him the proper props. There was a long wait but given the hustle of this one employee I was okay with the wait. I ordered the triple chocolate concrete. They were out of cookie dough so I substituted for brownie. Overall it was a good choice for chocolate lovers. The ice cream is very smooth and their is not shortage of cookie dough or chocolate chips. Overall, a great place for a twist on ice cream. Great location and I will say this could have been a horrible experience had it not been for that one employee.

After we placed and paid for our order, we were informed that they were out of the caramel flavor, which two of us had ordered. When we asked how long it would take to restock, one employee told us 30 minutes while another said it could take hours. Since we couldn't get a clear answer, we decided to change our order, which required a refund. The employee who processed the refund, whom I believe was named Ashley, was giggling throughout the interaction and seemed unsure whether the refund had actually gone through. When we asked for confirmation, she could not provide a clear answer. I eventually had to go back inside and speak with the shift lead, who was the only helpful employee we encountered. He was able to pull up our order and show us the receipt, but the totals on the receipts did not match, which only added to the confusion. We never received a clear explanation about whether the refund was completed or whether my birthday reward had been properly applied. Overall, the experience was disappointing and frustrating, especially for what was supposed to be a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

You can either use the drive thru or walk up to the window to order. This is THE place for cool treats. It had been some time since we had visited and we were craving a brownie sundae.
