I was greeted upon walking in the store. I used the kiosk to place my order. I ordered a mango smoothie . FYI: there was only one worker making the orders and taking orders. The smoothie took about 15 minutes. The young lady apologized and handed me my smoothie. The smoothie wasn't too sweet which I liked , but a few pieces of the mango weren't quite blended, so there was a few chunks. Overall, it was a tasty smoothie. The establishment has a couple tables for eating in. There's merchandise and snacks for purchase. There's also a prayer jar. read more

Fantastic juice bar! We wanted a healthy snack so we tried their juice smoothies. I had the heart healthy smoothie with-- Almond milk, avocado, cinnamon, maple syrup, sea salt. It was good but very heavy in avocado flavor. I would add some berries or chocolate next time. My friend enjoyed her and she liked the longevity smoothie. We were excited because Sunday is buy one get one free deals! We sat outside and the staff had masks on so I felt comfortable buying the smoothies. Parking is in the lot, but it's very crowded so be prepared to walk. read more

I went in yesterday (11-13-21) to take advantage of the bogo deal on The So Basic One smoothie. The staff was pleasant as always though no one was present when I entered the store. It took a few seconds to be greeted. The door of the cooler where detox drinks are usually stored adjacent to the entrance was wide open & beeping. I wondered if I should close it, but decided not to since the beeping was happening when I entered the store. You can see the door still open in my video. (My video was too large to post here.) I didn't know I had a $5 reward available until I was asked for my phone number. I was also asked if I wanted to use the reward on this order. I appreciate having an option. I've included a few pics I took from prior visits before I started leaving reviews here. Hate to say it, but the So Basic One smoothie definitely lived up to its name; nothing really stood out with the flavor. read more

This location is nice! One of the best overall locations in Charlotte. I've visited multiple Clean Juice locations in Charlotte... This one has Great, friendly service Big wide open space Many tables Clean tables Well stocked Cold Case Clean bathroom Nice interior design One of the best experiences I've had at a Charlotte location. Even the avocado toast tasted better here than other Charlotte locations. Management seems to be on top of things here as far as cleanliness, freshest products, well trained staff, happy customers, clean bathroom and the staff seem like they're doing a great job at juggling everything today and still providing quality, consistent experiences for the customer. Didn't expect to come here today but was in area and needed a breakfast break and sat down for a while and ate my food. This Clean Juice Location is this company at its best! I like a few Charlotte Clean Juice locations, and this one is definitely in the top locations for this city. Come see for yourself! read more

If you want an acai bowl save yourself time and go to Rico's Acai. Clean Juice has gotten so cheap. Overpriced slushy that didn't even taste that great. Maybe a tablespoon of actual fruit and dried micro shredded cheap coconut on top with a massive amount of what is basically a smoothie in a bowl. Juices taste watered down, asked for coconut water and they said they are only "allowed" to give a couple ounces. Huh? read more

Don't go here! There was no acai in my acai bowl. It was just blended up banana and costed over 14 dollars.

I just had the worst açaí bowl from this place. It was more of a smoothie bowl. I request more fruit on top, and what appeared to be the lead associate. came up and said "that was the amount that comes on it and the bowl is already too full" Will not be back. I don't ever take time to post bad reviews but for this experience and absurb amount of $15 for frozen NOT fresh fruit is absolutely unacceptable. read more

The customer service was great! They were really crowded and the staff apologized for the wait. I love that clean juice posts all of their nutrition so that you know what is going into your body. I ordered the nutty bowl and it was delicious. All of the açaí bowls are all very yummy. There are different types of smoothies, juices, and all sort of healthy options. You can also do meal plans. Everything can be a little pricey but you are paying for fresh healthy food. I recommend giving them a try! read more

Zero stars. Don't bother with online order! I came from Indian Trail to pick up the online order to hear that they don't have 3 juices of 5! Why don't you text or email that people don't waste such expensive gas??? This place is a joke. Always new people and zero customer service + cosmic prices. Moreover, they didn't refund my $53.84 which I requested immediately. I disputed via my credit card service. After 2 months! I received the message from my Apple credit that this service provided the document that I received the product/service! Unbelievable! They are not just awful, they are thieves! I requested that document from my Apple credit and will investigate them differently as soon as I received it. BTW, there is a great brand "Evolution Juice", cold pressed fantastic REAL juices on amazon and instacart. After I posted my review on facebook, they deleted it! read more

Premium prices for food are fine with me if quality and healthy choices measure up. See for yourself. Small serving size, they call this chicken on a salad, find the dates on it if you can. Poor value here and it happens repeatedly. I want to like this location but I'm tired of being ripped off. BOOM! You just lost my family as customers. read more

This is my go-to spot whenever I'm in town visiting my family. I'm usually on the road and craving something fresh so I stop by to get some fresh juice and the acai bowl. The service has always been outstanding and everything is made just right! I also love that they have a prayer box. It doesn't matter what faith you are, it's always refreshing to have such positive vibes. It's obvious that the owners are about health and faith and I love it! If you need juice or just a healthy option to everything else available in the south, this is your place! I will definitely be visiting again! read more

Love Clean Juice. They are my go-to spot when I feel gross. Service is also super fast. They juice right in front of you, so you know and see everything going into your drink. The energy one and the immunity one are my favorites! Perfect balance between the greens and fruits. The sweetness of the fruits balance the taste of greens. The people who work there are also the nicest! read more

I ordered an avocado toast and the avocado used was rotten and black. There were pieces of avocado peel in the toast and it was way over salted. When I asked for it to be made again, I was told that avocados just turn black when opened immediately which is not true. It is expensive and it was a waste of money because I didn't eat the rotten food. That isn't healthy! read more

Smells of cleaning chemicals every time I walk in and it's all VERY overpriced. Not very good :(

I ordered through yelp for pick up. Order wasn't ready when we arrived. Paid $15 for a smoothie to add protein powder and peanut butter. I got an icy watery almond milk. I had to ask if the peanut butter was in there and she had to add it in after. Then I asked if the protein powder was in there and she said yes. I walked out with my smoothie and gave a tip. It's the worst smoothie I've ever had. No chocolate flavor and it was a chocolate smoothie. No banana, no sweetness, no protein. Just icy milk. I can't get my money back since I ordered online. read more

Really great juices and healthy snacks I would recommend but very pricy for anything on the menu.

Baayyyyyybeh!! I've never been into juice and smoothies honey because I like REAL FOOD! HOWEVER, this juice had me twerking in the front seat as I drove away in sweet bliss. Whoa! I could totally do a juice cleanse if it consisted of the deliciousness that was served to us here. Ryan and Kyah were super helpful and offered to let us sample juices as we stared blankly at the menu. Here's what we ordered: The Immunity One-this juice was orange colored heaven in an adult sippie cup. It was made with lemons, carrots, pineapples, oranges, turmeric and then I added ginger which gave the juice such a dynamic flavor. The Hardcore One-this juice consisted of spinach, kale, lemon, celery, cucumber and my friend added apples for sweetness. He loved it! The most prominent flavors were the celery and lemon while the cucumber brightened it all up. We love it here. read more

This is a nice organic spot in Matthews. It's in a mini shopping center and there is plenty of parking and nice stores nearby. It's pretty clean inside and relatively new. The prices are higher then your typical smoothie or juicing place, but they note it's clean which makes the price difference. For a smoothie your pay around $9.00 for a 16 ounce. From my understanding there aren't any reward programs. I have been on three separate occasions and nothing was mentioned or advertised. I had the intense one as my first drink which is pretty intense. The taste isn't pleasant, but I tried to think of the health benefits to scarf it down. I came back again to see if there was a difference in customer service etc. before writing the review. The second time I had the double one which was pleasantly refreshing and I recommend. The last time I had the chocolate one which is very chocolatey not my fav. It's nice that they offer an option of whey or hemp protein options. You can see them making your smoothie juice or bowl. The only problem I had was the wait time. It's painstakingly slow for no obvious reason. Two out of the three times I waited 15 minutes for a juice and they had more than two people working. Hmm not sure what the problem is here, but they can't handle a rush or crowd. Customer service is basic noting to note or mention. read more

I brought my two children here for a healthy breakfast. I love that just about everything can be made vegan friendly. We ordered two kids smoothies, the young one and the wild one, avocado toast, and the oats bowl. All were excellent and the service was fantastic. My daughter said, "we should come here more often." If you go download the app first. You won't regret anything you get here. I even sampled the immune boosting smoothie, it was pretty and tasted much better than my Emergen-C. I paid $15 for an açaí bowl & it was NOT GOOD! I've never had a bad açaí bowl but wow, this one was. Idk if it was the granola or the base that tasted weird or what. The pineapple was tough & not fully ripe & I was just craving a delicious açaí bowl & was so disappointed. Won't be back to this spot. I've had several bad experiences but yesterday tops them, where I won't be giving my business to them. I made a Mobile app order and it said it would be ready with 20 min, the store wasn't closing for over an hour but the store decided to close early for an unknown reason and my husband got there and they were shutting off the lights 50 min before closing time. Just bad business, turn off your mobile ordering if you're not going to accept new orders it is that simple. read more

I have stuck with this clean juice since it opened, closed, and then reopened. I ve been trying to go once a week even through all the lockdown. NC has made masks mandatory but apparently the workers in here don't think it applies to them and I will not come here again until all of this is over. Alexia M. Did not wear a mask when I was in there today. She took our order and then made our smoothies without a mask on. Her coworkers were wearing masks. This is not right! I am very disappointed that this happened and I will not come to this location anymore even though it is close to where I live. If you really care about your customers wear a mask! Beauty Bowl! This was delicious! If you are someone who likes coffee drinks or coffee flavored ice cream like me, then this bowl is for you! It was the perfect balance of goodness. It was not very sweet, but that was okay. The combination of the coffee smoothie with the crunchy granola, cocoa nibs, and almond butter all came together to create a very satisfying smoothie bowl. Also, don't let the size of the bowl fool you. I was surprised at how filling it actually was. I would highly recommended this establishment! read more

This is the most healthiest place a girl could ask for. The customer service is amazing and the GM Amber is very knowledgeable and friendly. She makes me feel like a friend every time I'm there. Everything is fresh and organic....I love that they don't use any refined sugars or syrups and what you see on the menu is what you get....absolutely nothing added. My favorite cold pressed juices are the Orange...Red....and the White cashew milk is TO DIE FOR.
