Yum! Was in town picking up friends and of course we had to get a boba for the road. I love how it's sort of a secret entrance depending on which way you come in. We had to go through the pastry shop to enter Sipcha which tempted us to get some yummy pastries. The menu is extensive with plenty of options for any taste bud. I always love when boba spots have milk alternatives. I went classic and got the Brown Sugar boba. Delicious! The pearls were perfect and the tea flavor was very strong. Will definitely be back when I'm in town.

Both Service and staff were nice, staff were patient too! It was fast, I was surprised by how quick the staff made our drinks and i'm not even exaggerating--it took literally 3 minutes! 10/10 Would go there again!

It's a clean, open space that has nice decor and ambiance. The staff were friendly and helpful with answering our questions. We ordered the Thai tea and chrysanthemum Logan tea which were both delicious! I appreciate that they have caffeine free options and clearly labeled on the menu.

Good tea spot in Charlotte. My wife got her green thai tea and it was pretty legit. There's a small seating area and a small parking lot. I would recommend for dessert if you're in Charlotte!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable of all of the options. It has a small area footprint but its a great spot to come and plug in and have a sip. It's located in the back of the Tous le Jours bakery. Lots of options to choose from.

We got here a little before opening and didn't realize it, the young lady let us in, which was super nice of her! A thousand stars for her!!! 10/10 on service. As always the space is super clean, we sat for a little to give the staff time to set up. Once she was set up she let us know that she was ready for us. I ordered the tropical punch with passion fruit popping boba and Lychee, and it was so refreshing! It was a tad sweet for my liking and the young lady was nice enough to give me some extra tea to balance out the sweetness! Every visit has been such a pleasant experience because of the young lady, she cashier's and makes the drinks, she also is always so good about offering recommendations! I wish this was closer to me, I'd be a regular for sure!

This looks like a perfect place to study! They have seating with plugs which is great. I got the matcha milk tea and it was okay. It was basically green tea and it tasted floral. I also got a boba design cake pop and it was also okay. It was a little too sweet for my taste and really expensive for the size and quality. Not enough cake and a lot of chocolate from the design. I would come back again to give it another chance with their regular milk tea.

Sipcha is connected to the Tous Les Jours bakery in Southend. I was super excited for the opening of the boba shop. Hoping it would offer more seating options for bakery. While it does offer those seating options it also has some of their problems. During my latest visit I got two of their macarons as treats for the nibblings. I knew my nephew would want salted caramel and went out on a limb and got the Earl Grey. They didn't have many choices available so my adventurous decision was based off what was available. I tried the earl grey one and it was ok but definitely won't get it again. Nephew loved the salted caramel macaron. My barista was a gem but management wasn't such a pleasure. Rushing customers and not very friendly. Sipcha 2041 South Blvd Ste 105 Charlotte, NC 28203 (Review 30 in 2024 and 830 overall)

I ordered online and received an indifferent response upon arriving at this store, with one person staring off into space before another came to hand me my drink. It was a solid drink as these things go. I spent on toppings and certainly received them. The tea itself took a back seat to the many other flavors, including actual lychee pieces inside. It's a pricey indulgence, but there was definitely some quality there.

A great tea spot, but difficult to find for someone who isn't local. We could tell that we were in the right area from the exterior pictures on Yelp, but couldn't find a sign, door, or any other direction as to where Sipcha actually was located. Fortunately, we saw someone getting into their car holding two tall cups of tea and asked where they got it from. They instructed us to walk through the bakery. Oh, okay.......... Maybe there should be a sign on the front of the shopping center instructing customers to do that.......... The young lady who took our order was very polite, professional, and welcoming. She answered our questions with a smile and also shared suggestions. We shared that we were from So. CA, where there is a boba shop literally on every corner (more so than even Starbucks shops). Once we had our teas she asked if the tea and boba measured up. They do! Thank you Sipcha for fulfilling our boba craving, even in North Carolina!

This was my first time trying this tea shop. It's a quint and trendy place. The location is a little awkward but the Tea was amazing. I got the Ube meets Taro Tea and it was delicious!! It wasn't too sweet. Nice presentation and just what I needed on a hot day! I came in through Tous Les Jours and Sipcha is directly in the back. There is more parking in the back of the Bakery.

This place is attached to Tous Les Jours, so you can enter through the front and walk past the bakery to get to the boba shop in the back. The workers are friendly, and it is a nice space for casual hangouts. The drinks my friend and I got were very good. I ordered the lemongrass lychee splash and added sakura boba. I liked the textures in the drink from the fruits and the sakura boba, which has a crunchy + chewy consistency similar to lychee jelly but is a little more soft. I also tried my friend's drink; she ordered the Sip Cha. It is now one of my favorite milk teas, as it was rich and had a depth of flavor!

Nice little afternoon treat to go into the weekend. I'm excited to try more options with non-dairy milk. Service was quick and friendly. The parking lot can be a little tricky, mostly bc of other drivers, but there is parking at the main entrance of this location.

The inside is underwhelming, even dirty--Dirty seats and dust-laden shelves abound. The service was also underwhelming and the employees seemed ready to go home. Even still, I ordered the fresh grapefruit green tea. According to the bobarista, these teas are made blended which I really don't remember from previous orders but I said what the heck. If you don't like tea this blended tea may be for you. As a tea drinker, I felt that the blending watered down the tea and made the grapefruit super pungent as the fruit rinds were also blended. I drank it but it wasn't what I'd had in mind. I don't think it's worth another try.

It was a lot of fun but there are definitely some things that would have made this experience a little smoother for us. Overall, the price is very reasonable when split between the group. One very easy and good improvement would be to move the TV screen to the back of the room. It's positioned in the same area as the "stage" so everyone had to turn their backs to read the lyrics which just felt silly. For a room fit for 25, more mics are needed! I think it's 2 per room regardless of the size. The most frustrating part of our experience is that our YouTube queue was somehow shared with another room's. We would add songs, they would delete them. Random songs would show up in our queue, we would delete them. We didn't realize it until about 20 minutes in. When we told an employee about this, they weren't aware and didn't know what to do about it, but that's definitely something that needs to be sorted out for a better experience. Space-wise it's definitely pretty cramped although you could say that it made things more intimate. Food was good though! I've also had a lot of karaoke experiences where tambourines are included for added fun. Definitely wasn't expecting this, but that could be a fun addition! Overall I've had better karaoke room experiences but I would still go back again and recommend to anyone who's never done this before!

Came here with a group of ~20 friends to do a karaoke night. We had a lot of fun as a group, but…read morethe actual karaoke experience was not great. My feedback: 1. Add more mics in each room - there were only 2 mics in our room. When I did this style of karaoke before there were 5 or 6 mics so it was easy for the whole group to participate. Our room only had 2 mics. Yes we could share and everyone was able to sing along even if they didn't have a mic, but being able to sing into the mic and pretend you're a pop star while you're up on stage is part of the fun. 2. Rearrange the TV screens/furniture - the "stage" area is on the same wall as the TV, so whoever was singing had to turn their back on the audience to look at the words. 3. Fix the song queuing experience and train staff on how to use/troubleshoot - our group's songs kept disappearing from the queue, and we figured out about halfway through our session that there was a technical issue resulting in two different rooms adding songs to the same queue. When we asked the staff for help they had no idea how to fix the issue. These things are all pretty important to the karaoke experience, so we won't be coming back to this location. However, the rooms at the Noda location are set up a lot better, so we'll probably try there if we go again.

During my Google search I discover My Story Cafe through an article about the owners journey. Being a Caribbean girl myself, I had to go support this Trinidadian, Black, Woman owned business. So I decided I'd use my morning walk which ended up being about 3/4 of a mile to walk to My Story from my hotel. Thankfully it was a nice walk as it wasn't too hot while I was there. My first two days I ordered the an iced French toast latte. The third day I ordered the iced Vietnamese coffee as Ms Jacqueline's recommendation. I was skeptical as I've previously had Vietnamese iced coffees that were overly sweet but hers was velvety, smooth, and balanced. I understood the hype but I info recommend the French toast latte as well! Ms Jacqueline and I connected over those three days, we shared laughs, talked community and our beloved islands as well as all things food! I got to see first hand her connection with locals, the way she builds community and works hard as just one person running the show. We're family now, and anytime I'm Back in Charlotte my first stop will be to go visit my new auntie! Be patient, she gets busy. But the coffee and conversation is worth it. Stay around, to share your story with Ms Jacqueline as well.

Service was good as well. I actually came here to try their hand-made dumplings...and came highly anticipating their "Rainbow" varieties! Well, sadly, there was a problem with their "Rainbow" Dumplings. While they tasted pretty good, I didn't get all 5 colors (as advertised). In fact, the red one, featuring Beef (my favorite?), was missing....and in its place, I got 2 yellow ones. How disappointing is that?!? Also, the presentation was a bit sloppy! There goes an opportunity for me to post it on my Instagram...Oh Well! Anyway, the waitress quickly offered to take the incomplete "Rainbow' Dumplings off my bill, so that was pretty cordial. As I mentioned to her, it's somewhat of a pet peeve of mine to see that these "Rainbow" Dumplings turn out to be not a full rainbow of colors...something that I've been repeatedly experiencing in various restaurants. I feel that if they are missing a color (or 2), they should tell the diners. Anyway, I appreciated how they corrected this mistake. I also tried their Basil Chicken, which came with a bowl of rice. This was my first time trying this dish, and I loved how it was so fresh! Seemingly healthy, yet very tasty! I also enjoyed their Virgin Lychee Mojito...but I wish they served it in a glass...and not a plastic cup like some fast food joint. If they served a complete "Rainbow" Dumplings as advertised, and served the Lychee Mojito in a glass, I would have easily dropped 5 stars...but unfortunately, the dining experience was flawed. Still, I thought this was a great restaurant addition to Park Square, in Charlotte (right next to Fiamma). Hopefully they'll have the full "Rainbow" Dumplings next time??
