Stopped in for a quick lunch, I've been wanting to try bahn mi and decided to give it a try here. My bestie treated me, we decided to order two sandwiches and spilt the two. She ordered the pork belly and I ordered the Korean bbq pork. Both sandwiches were really good. The bread was crunchy on the outside but still soft and chewy. The flavors were so balanced, and paired well with the fresh veggies. The sandwich is lite and still very filling. The guy that took our order was really nice and explained the menu. The café has some seating if you want to dine in, but seats are limited. The space is clean, they have a 98 sanitation score, which is nice. And surprisingly enough they have quite a variety of food items on the menu. They also had so many other bahn mi combinations that I'd like to try. The boba tea is also really good. I think this is a great tea spot but with food as an afterthought. Unfortunately there was no bahn mi available so I will need to come back and try that. I ordered the Korean style wings and French fries. It took awhile for the order to come out. I asked to dine and but they gave it to me in to go boxes, the vibe was like they wanted us to leave. The wings were fairly large and crispy, however they did not have much sauce at all. I ordered the swicy ones and wish I could get a better idea of how it tasted. The French fries could have used some more seasoning. The ones I did taste though tasted great. I'm not sure what all they put with the salt on the fries but it was really good, I just wish there was more coverage on the fries. read more

Our go-to banh mi place! All the positive reviews for the banh mi bread are so accurate. The bread is definitely the best part. We usually order the grilled pork banh mi and it is delicious. The portion size is also bigger than other places in the area but for around the same price. The popcorn chicken is really good! Decent prices for great food. The boba is decently sweet and the vivi bubble milk tea is your standard milk tea. Everyone here is also very kind and efficient. I often order ahead through the phone and pay at the store which is super convenient. Alex has taken my order several times now so I really appreciate how kind he is. The store is big enough for my 1 yo old to walk around without causing too much trouble so sometimes I'm even able to eat my banh mi and drink my boba solo with him. They have the best pate here. The bread stick (banh mi que) is so delicious and it's just bread, pate and butter. The roasted pork belly banh mi is pretty good as well! The classic banh mi is just ok even-though they put several types of cold cut in there. Their fruit teas are better than their milk tea! So I recommend the fruit tea over to milk tea. read more

The matcha drink color was unusually light and it tasted awful. The 3Q Milk Tea had a strong powdery taste with no authentic tea flavor at all. Viví Bubble Tea Concord, NC Went here after our gym session. Cute new boba spot with banh mi and other small food items. It's very cute and has nice decor. Great addition to the city of Concord. Prices are reasonable and the banh mi was top tier. We both liked the size of the sandwiches as the bread rolls were fresh and big boys. We also had the popcorn chicken which you can have seasoning powder added for no extra charge. Very nice little touch for this favorite snack Did not have bubble tea because we had already got drinks else where. Everyone else seemed to order up all the boba drinks so we'll have to try it next time. After my friends told me that Bánh Mì at ViVi is just like Vietnam, I had to go check it out the next day. And yes, I agree. Ever since I moved to the US, I haven't had any Bánh Mì with the Baguette that's light and crispy like this. Which is what Vietnamese Baguette supposed to be. The filling was also very good. Love this place. One of the best place to get banh Mi in Charlotte. Reminds me closest to the Banh Mi you get back in Vietnam. The whole staff is friendly and the owners are great. They have good finger foods like Asian sausages and fried chicken bites that my son love. A wide variety of drinks to quench any thirst. My favorite is the strawberry fizz. Light and refreshing. Dragged all my kiddos out for some boba and bánh mì tonight and it was super yum! Everyone said their Banh Mi is really good...and I concur and so does my hubby, his fav roasted pork ;) They have this cute banh mi on their menu...bread stick...this skinny, long bread...just pate and some butter...so simple yet so addicted, I can easily eat 2-3 of these by myself ! Drinks were really good too, some of them a bit sweet for me, so if you don't like sweet like that ...then ask for reduced sugar;) They're fairly new and still learning their system ...so make sure you keep track of what you ordered and let them know if they forgot something...they'll be gladly fix it for you wo a fuss ;) read more

I wanted to love this place so bad because they had amazing flavors but unfortunately it fell short for me. I went with my nieces and got to try a few flavors. We ordered the Brown Sugar, Oreo, and Taro Creme Brûlée milk teas. The Oreo and Taro had zero flavor/sweetness and they also didn't come with boba pearls and we weren't told this or asked if we wanted to add them in. The Brown Sugar was good though! read more

With the Banh Mi and Boba Tea scene in Charlotte area heating up, it is hard to stand out. Vivi is a Taiwanese base boba tea franchise, with this location it also sells Banh Mi. First of all, the cafe is cute and characters on the cups brings a lot of energy, if you like pink this will be the place. The boba tea tasted great and they have all kinds of names for their special drinks. The STAR of this location is their Banh Mi, talking about crispy and crunch, I mean I can eat this all day. All the ingredients felt fresh. I also liked the popcorn chicken and fish balls. The service is excellent, they don't usually cut their Banh Mi in half, but they are very nice about it, I can felt they passionate about the food and want the cafe to be successful. The only disappointment is that they don't service Croffle yet. I will drive all the way to concord for this Banh Mi or if they can open a location closer to my house!! I came here because I saw people saying that the banh mi was comparable to the banh mi in Vietnam. I can't judge that, but it was certainly a delicious banh mi. The bread was fluffy and crunchy, and the pâté tasted decadent, even though I sometimes find pâté disgusting. I certainly think their banh mi is better than the version at Banh Mi Brothers. I also ordered takoyaki and flaming brown sugar milk tea. Both were tasty, though I could have skipped the takoyaki. I was starving and wasn't sure a banh mi would be enough food. read more

Banh Mi was super delicious and legit as someone who had been eating from Le's Sandwiches that used to be in Asian Corner for yearsss. Boba was so-so. It was very powdery and grainy. Not sure if it was who made it but I give them the benefit of the doubt since they just opened. read more

Best boba in the charlotte area, hands down--no other place cooks and sweetens their boba properly like this place does. Their milk teas are stellar and creamy, not too sweet and very full-bodied. I've been here a handful of times and each tea has offered this rich wall of flavor. I've also had the vegan banh mi here and their tofu is exceptional, as is the bread they use. The tofu has a delightful crispy and tender texture, opening with a lovely fish-sauces and smoky flavor. I can't recommend it enough; i'd eat it forever if i could; and it's only 7.50. It makes me sad to see negative reviews here given how great this place is. I love it read more
