I always have a good outcome here whether I'm getting a new set of lashes or filling them. I have only have had one bad experience here. One day I got a fill and a girl filled my eyelashes. I have never seen this girl before. I checked my lashes before I left and they looked fine. Later on I was getting my nails done and saw that she had attached an extensions to my bottom lash. Yes, this was an accident. I had to pay the nail salon to take it off because Secret was closed by now. I went back a week and a half later to get them removed and I showed them pictures of what had happened and they gave me $40.00 in gift cards because they felt bad for what had happened. I started going back there and I am VERY happy with my new set of lashes!! :)

The first time I went there, the girl took an hour to do my lashes by the third day most of my eyelashes fell out and looked horrible. So they had me come in to redo them. After the girl redid them, they told me I had tonpay $80 for a service that was hotrible. The girl that did them actually did a really good, took her an hour and a half. But then when I went back to get a refill, the girl only took about 40 minutes and I needed a whole new set. When I left they started falling out immediately and were falling into my eyes. My eyes were getting so Irritated I had to go Somewhere else to pay someone to take them off. Once again I was told $120 and then 135 after they did my service. The owner argued with me in front of everybody. I just left. I texted the owner to let her know. She never responded. Save your money and go else where. Don't waste your time!!

I…read morecompletely understand that appointments can be booked weeks in advance and that availability is limited. My issue isn't that she was busy, but the way she handled the situation. I reached out Friday morning asking if she had any availability at all throughout the weekend. Rather than simply letting me know she couldn't accommodate me, she repeatedly told me that she would let me know if anyone canceled and that she would confirm appointments. Based on that communication, I waited for a response instead of making arrangements with another lash artist. Then, on Sunday afternoon, I was met with a rude response telling me that she had "made herself clear" that she was busy and couldn't accommodate me. Had that been communicated clearly from the beginning, I would have respected it and booked elsewhere days ago. As a longtime customer, I expected better communication and consideration for my time. I have no issue with a business owner being fully booked or unavailable, but leaving a customer waiting for days under the impression that an appointment might be possible, only to dismiss them at the last minute, is unprofessional and unnecessary. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my impression of her business. Clear and respectful communication goes a long way, especially with returning customers.

As a longtime ewc water I am accustomed to non double dipping, fresh wax, sterilization, and the 4 step process. Now I will say this place is not Ewc. They offer chocolate wax as opposed to hard wax and have one suite. I asked if they double dip and I was told if I call ahead they can change the wax for me. (It is a small wax pot). She did not double dip the sticks when applying was to my underarms she also had what it looks like roll on wax applicators which isn't the most hygienic. Wax was not painful as I anticipated since chocolate is still a strip wax (use of cloth and softer wax) and all hair was removed quickly and efficiently. Skin was not lifted. Will inspect underarm when I get home. Went back day after and did brows. Came out really really well! Will be back!
