I love the way she pushed my cuticles back and shaped my nails nice ans round the way I like. Joanna is also easy to converse with and can help you choose the colour that works for you! You will have such a pleasant experience and come out with really nice nails to last a while! I explained that I want light brown and not too thick brows. Unless you wanna have big, huge, bushy brows, this is not the place for you. She doesn't know how to make them thin and shape. They are bushy, giant, and horrible. I kept on asking her to make them thinner, and she was befuddled, and they are still way thicker than I can take. I absolutely hate it. Oh, and not to mention, it was so expensive for the horrible quality that I received ! I was charged $66 for a wax & tint!!!
