They were supposed to open at 9am. They did not and when they did open they relied on the customers to say who was first, second, etc. The entire salon is that of an open concept from front to back. The salon is very small and there is a serious need for renovations and some upgrading. There were two stylist on the day I went. Heidi was my stylist (again based on a referral). She took me right away and she did good job. I doubt if I will go back. FYI. they do not have heat, so there was limited hot water and it was cold outside on the day I went so you already know it was frozen inside.
