Gio Natalya was recommended by my sister in law and After seeing pictures of Natalies work, I decided to stop in to see what she could do with my hair. The salon is super clean and adheres to all COVID precautions. She was able to give me a consultation on the spot since her first client didn't come in yet. FYI-if your a first time color client then you need a consultation first!! I felt confident after the consultation and booked my color appointment for the following week. Appointment Day-Natalie has magic in her hands!!! All I did was show her a picture of the Ash blonde I wanted and she was able to replicate it exactly. I also got a haircut for my dry dead ends and she listened to exactly how I wanted the length and cut to be. Natalie takes her time with clients and does not rush. They were supposed to open at 9am. They did not and when they did open they relied on the customers to say who was first, second, etc. The entire salon is that of an open concept from front to back. The salon is very small and there is a serious need for renovations and some upgrading. There were two stylist on the day I went. Heidi was my stylist (again based on a referral). She took me right away and she did good job. I doubt if I will go back. FYI. they do not have heat, so there was limited hot water and it was cold outside on the day I went so you already know it was frozen inside.

She was told to come in person for a quote, which she did. The lady said okay come tomorrow we will work it out. After the service was completed, the stylist only installed extensions in the back of her head and charged her $250. My daughter is very shy and didn't feel comfortable speaking up at the time, but it was clearly not the full extension service she had requested. I called the salon to explain the situation, and the stylist agreed that my daughter could return the next day to have it corrected. However, after my daughter sat waiting for over three hours before anyone even started working on her hair, the stylist added the missing extensions and then demanded an additional $240. If a customer specifically asks for a full head of extensions and the salon fails to provide the requested service, the correction should not come with another large charge especially after making the customer return and wait for hours. The lack of communication, transparency, and customer service was extremely disappointing. This was one of the most unprofessional salon experiences I've ever encountered
