The moment I chose a different service (pro-addiction repair), the owner's demeanor changed. He repeatedly pushed his own treatment, undermined the one I selected, and was clearly annoyed that I didn't go along with what he wanted to sell. The haircut itself ended up far shorter than what I asked for. When I calmly pointed that out, instead of listening or taking any accountability, he became defensive and argumentative, insisting it was "shoulder length," and then made an inappropriate comment about my bra line to justify it. That is not just unprofessional--it's completely unacceptable. In the middle of my treatment, I was told to get up and pay "to make sure." That alone was insulting. It got worse--I was then left waiting while he attended to other clients, making it very clear that I was not a priority, despite being in the middle of a service. I have never been treated that way anywhere. The atmosphere in the salon reflected the same lack of professionalism. I could hear him raising his voice at employees, which created a tense, uncomfortable environment from start to finish. The message was obvious: if you don't choose the service he wants to sell, your experience will suffer. There was no respect, no accountability, and no basic professionalism--just pressure, dismissiveness, and inappropriate behavior.
