Have you ever walked into a place and slowly backed out? That won't happen here! Her spa has beautiful decor and is very serene. My first time there I went in with various aches and pains and she recommended I see a doctor immediately. Now I don't go to the doctor very often, but she was right on the money, as it turned out I had strep! How she knew I have no idea but I've been going to her since. Lina gave me the most amazing facial massage I've ever had and explained all of the steps that she was doing. I enjoyed the different masks that felt cold on my skin, it was a nice feeling! None of the products used burnt or irritated my skin. My mom said this was the best facial she's ever had and I've gifted her many over the years! The only two downsides to this establishment was 1. The parking which took me 20 minutes, the area is kind of weird and doesn't have much street parking and 2. The room I was in was right next to the front desk so I could hear people loudly talking. Overall, I would come back here for another facial and try out some of their other treatments

Made an appointment and they quoted a price AND WHEN I WAS 2 MINUTES AWAY FOR THE APPOINTMENT THEY CALLED BECAUSE THEY NO LONGER HAD THIS SPECIAL. And they told me in a very nasty manner, I'd be charged DOUBLE the initial price!! On top of everything the lady slammed down a plastic board with "THE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TIPS" and argued that I didn't give enough after ALL of the rudeness & INCONSISTENT PRICES ...THEN THEY INSISTED FOR A BETTER TIP LMAOOO!!! HERE'S your Tip...hire people who are competent & then find a job where you don't have to rely on tips because your attitudes stink!!!!! Vibe sucks!

I had a very disappointing experience at this European Wax Center…read more My appointment was at 12:30 p.m. I arrived early after parking and paying the meter. I was told the store was on break until 12:30. I politely asked if I could wait inside since I had already paid for parking, but my question was ignored. A few minutes later, another customer arrived and was warmly told she could wait inside until her appointment. When it was time for my appointment, several other names were called before mine, despite my having been waiting since noon. At checkout, I expected the advertised first-time guest pricing based on how my appointment was booked. Instead, I was told I had to pay full price because it was considered my second visit. When I asked what the total was, my question was not answered. I was simply asked for my ZIP code and told to tap my card. I only saw the total after the transaction had already been processed. After leaving, I realized I had never been offered a receipt, so I went back inside to request one. When I returned, I could hear the front desk discussing me with the esthetician, including asking whether I had left a tip and how much it was. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, the conversation focused on my gratuity. I asked another esthetician if she could please ask them to stop talking about me because I had a question. Her response was, "What are you going to do about it?" I was shocked by how unprofessional that interaction was. The waxing service itself was fine, but the customer service experience was not. From the confusing checkout process and lack of price transparency to the way my concerns were handled afterward, I left feeling dismissed and disrespected. I will not be returning and hope management reviews the professionalism of the staff and the checkout process.

I travel often for work and when away for a long period of time, I look for two things: a gym and an EWC. On Hylan specifically, Mila is fabulous. She is careful, attentive, and courteous. The company as a whole only has one flaw: minimal promotions. Being with the company as long as I have been they never have discounted wax prices which I think is silly. Regardless, I love EWC and won't get waxed anywhere else.

She did not skimp out on the whole experience and made sure I was well groomed down there before my vacation! I definitely recommended coming to this place and may be my go-to for future waxes! This review has to do with the customer service- I never got a chance to make it to my appointment…read morebecause it was cancelled 45minutes before. I should have had a feeling to book elsewhere based on the fact that the number I initially texted with my question (as the website suggests) did not answer my question and I had to follow up. I wanted to give this local spot a try (instead of going to bigger chains) but I am sticking to European Waxed Center for my hard wax Brazilian needs (I got an appointment with in 20minutes of calling and it was great).

Well I found it & even called in advance to confirm I can still use it. I asked to speak to the owner about it & a phone number. I did not get it except this name & no phone number to call. The last pic shows owners supposed name but they never added a phone number that I ask for to call them. You can clearly see on the new cards it's only $10 off and mine says 10th One Free. It is very dishonorable to lie to a repeated customer since day one & brought you many customers as well. She would only take $10.00 off. I felt betrayed as a loyal customer & send my friends, co-workers and neighbors here. This is horrible business bc I asked to speak to the owner and a lady was brought over to me pretending to be the owner. I was not granted my free visit meanwhile. Every time I go I spend around $100. I am so dissatisfied with the customer service and lied to on top of it. I actually had 2 more appointments for this week but I'm going to cancel now bc of the dishonesty. Pics below to prove That is says "10th One Free" P.S. The pedicure person cut me and I was bleeding. I was seeing stars & telling her to stop bc I was getting dizzy & nauseated. I had to say it 4 times before she stopped. Oh and Sunny is the Owner but she gave me a fake name of who the owner is.
