Claudia is so gentle that I'll just drift off to sleep in minutes and she always checks up on you throughout the process (when I'm not sleeping). I have friends who go to the other girls that share the space; it's nothing but positive reviews and everyone is so sweet. If you're looking to get microblading/SMP/lip blush done, you need to go to Carrie. I have no personal experience with it but I've seen her work and she just has this gift of enhancing your features.
