[QUICK STATS]…read more Business: Asian Lash Studio Service: Courteous and Skilled Staff Interior: Spotless and Tidy, with Soft Holiday-Ambient Music Price: $$ Reasonably Priced for a Luxury Beauty Service [REVIEW] Up on the third floor in the bustling center of Flushing is a Lash Studio like no other. A simple, yet intimate atmosphere paired with a clean layout and soft lighting awaits you in this cozy beauty parlor. This business also offers a comprehensive website for aftercare and other inquiries, including a detailed price list! I scheduled my appointment for 10am this past Monday, and though I had train traffic, my technician Lia was very understanding as I kept her updated about my arrival. After climbing up to the third floor, I was greeted with a smile and gently ushered to her workspace. Though I wish there was a place to hang my coat, she allowed me to take my time to settle in before we began. Lia's consultation with me was concise and informative, explaining how the process would work, easing my nerves as she was aware it was my first time. The studio itself We settled on a natural finish, with the largest lash being 12mm. There isn't much to say about the process itself, as I ended up falling asleep halfway through the hour! I was able to listen to a podcast off my phone without any trouble, and even caught some of the alluring lullabies that play inside the studio. There was little to no pinching at all, marking up the reputation of the studio to the upmost expertise and quality of service. The session was over before I knew it (definite A+ on the speed) and Lia provided a cute mirror and handheld fan to view her work. The lashes were placed perfectly, and provided beautiful, yet subtle volume to my natural eyes to accentuate their look. No signs of redness or stinging at all: just a gorgeous, luxurious look. From this experience, I know what beauty sleep means now-- especially if I wake up looking prettier with a new set of lashes!

1 star Save your…read moremoney and your time. I was a returning customer at Dream Lash in Flushing, and after the quality of my last appointment and the way I was treated afterward, I would strongly advise going elsewhere. Their work was inconsistent throughout my visits. Sometimes it was good, other times disappointing. I rarely complained and kept giving them chances. At my last appointment, my freshly done lashes started falling out THE SAME DAY I left. Within two days, the fallout was terrible. Paying for lashes that barely make it home before they start falling out is frustrating enough. Having your concern dismissed makes it worse. I contacted them about the problem, but returning for a correction was not practical. This location is out of my way, and I have to clear my day for an appointment. Fixing disappointing work would mean giving up even more time for something that should have been done properly the first time. When I went to book my next appointment, I politely reminded the woman handling the calls and texts about what happened. Her response was to get defensive and tell me the technician had been there for years and was highly requested. That is not an explanation for poor work. I paid for a service, and the technician's reputation did absolutely nothing to keep my lashes from falling out. The way she addressed me over text was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I should not have to argue about my own experience just because an employee does not want to hear criticism. If a business accepts your money, it should also be able to accept feedback without treating you like a nuisance. I was then told there were no appointments available. Yet when my friend called, suddenly there were openings. That left me seriously questioning the honesty of the explanation I had been given. What really cemented my decision to stop going was the change in her attitude after she learned that I do media and influencer work. Suddenly, she was interested in smoothing things over. To me, that felt like concern about public criticism rather than genuine concern about the service I received. Basic respect should not depend on whether a customer has an audience. Based on my experience, Dream Lash is not worth the money, the inconvenience, or the frustration. Inconsistent results, lashes falling out almost immediately, and a defensive response when you speak up are more than enough reasons for me to never return. I gave them repeated chances, and I regret it. I strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

I've come here twice and these lashes stay on forever! My last pair was on for 7 weeks and could've…read morelasted for longer if I didn't replace them for a fuller set. I have monolids and the 11mm C curl was very natural, but not very noticeable. I felt like if I wore mascara, my natural lashes would be more dramatic than these were. My 2nd time I got the 12mm D curl, 3D Volume set, and these were definitely much more dramatic, good for a special occasion. For everyday I think they're a little too much because I normally don't wear makeup.

I had the same experience as the other reviewer, Quynh. Nothing personal to all the ladies that…read morework here, they are all so sweet and caring and they tried to do me right. I travel from Brooklyn to Queens for lash extensions. My first experience with Cozy this year was great, my cashmere lashes lasted at least 5 weeks even though I went to the beach and had gotten them wet/didn't take care of them. My next experience, I tried mink. I got a different tech and after two whole weeks, I barely have any left. Each day, so many lashes would fall off without my real lash hair attached, which means they probably didn't use enough glue or there was an issue with the glue that they used. Unfortunately, since these lash trips are quite the trek for me, I value consistency in all the techs. For Cozy to be a top tier lash place, all techs should have enough experience, so that even if I had to switch techs last minute, I would hope that whoever does it would produce the same results as long as they work for the same place. Cozy was really promising for me--it had every potential to be my go-to lash place. I hope that my honest review will have them consider making sure that their techs are consistently producing quality work, or for them to do quality checks on the glue that they use. Even though Cozy offered me a discount to get this fixed, which I highly appreciate, I just don't have the time to go back to them until 4 weeks later, when I expect to get a new set.

I love Nicole and her team! I've been going to Fay Lashes for lash extensions for about a year now…read moreand have no complaints. Making appointments are always super easy since they take text message appointments and responses are always fast/immediate. Nicole keeps a detailed log of all her client preferences. I like to try different lengths and styles and each time and Nicole and her team is always flexible and always customizes my lash style each time while also making their own recommendations based on experience. Nicole and her team always asks if I am satisfied at the end of each session. My sessions are always super gentle and relaxing, while always within 1 hour so it's easy for my busy schedule. The salon is clean and sanitary. My lashes also lasts for long time (1+ months) I highly recommend Fay Lashes.

I decided on trying out Fay Lashes since it was only a 2-block walk from my apartment. I was thrilled after my first appointment for a new set, they really went above and beyond in making sure the style was exactly what I wanted and took care in giving me soft and voluminous lashes. Unfortunately, every other appointment over the next 6 months was a disappointment. At first, I expressed to them that the long inner corners were uncomfortable and poking my eyes, and requested they be shortened but they told me I had to buy a brand new set if I wanted that done - which, as you all know, is much more expensive than a routine fill appointment. Second, once you're done they make you hold the fan to dry the glue yourself and basically try to rush you out the door even if your eyes are still tearing from the fumes. Third, I started noticing that they began to use fewer but larger clusters of lashes at every fill, which creates the illusion of volume but leaves obvious gapping when one falls out a few days later from being too heavy for my natural lashes. It got so out of hand that I would be "done" in only 15 minutes when I know full well that a normal 3-week follow-up appointment takes at least 45 mins to an hour when applied correctly. I did not appreciate the shortcuts they were taking, so I took my business elsewhere.
