Took in my older car (2000 Buick Century) to see what the problem was with the horn circuit. I needed my horn to pass inspection, and just to have a horn driving around crazy Houston! They did an absolute great job, and we decided to put a button in instead of doing a much more costly repair. The horn circuit in my car is connected to an airbag housing that GM doesn't make anymore. So the button was perfect. Communication was good and I knew exactly what I was paying for and where the button was supposed to go. The owner even picked me up and dropped me back off at my house. Friends have said great things about Mr. Terry's shop and all stand true. He is a honest and fair businessman that is, like the name says, quality. I brought my vehicle to him for an air conditioning problem and while any other could drive up the fees with nonsense work, he is about fixing the actual problem. Towed my 85 GMC PU to their shop because it would not turn over. A neighbor had recommended them. They never called to give me a quote on the work. When I called and inquired about the truck, they said they had already fixed it and the bill was close to 600.00 dollars. Went to pick it up and they were taking pictures of the engine, they were rebuilding another Chevy's engine in their shop and they didn't know even where the motor mounts bolts went. Went back in person to complain after it started bogging down, and got a very angry mechanic who said "he did everything by factory specs", and this was just an old engine that needed LOTS of money. DUH. They have total lack of respect and honesty. I could have verily been on my way to a new engine for this truck for that kind of money, instead, I got got a big fat nothing for 600.00 dollars and a huge setback on my goal for this truck. read more
