100 STARS! BIG THANK YOU to Auto Electronics. My daughter has been hearing a "funny noise" in her car when she comes to a stop - been doing it for a while, so we dropped it off for a couple hours today at Richard's shop. I just figured she let the pads go too long and would need the rotor turned, or a new one! $$$. They immediately saw that whoever put new brake pads on for her left a brake line hanging down. It was rubbing against the rear axle - or something like that . The rubbing would have eventually wore a hole in the hose/tube and all the brake fluid would have leaked out! The mechanic attached it back up, only charged $20. Hate to think what might have happened if her brakes went out!! They may have saved her life. Have used them for 6 yrs, and trust them more than ever now! Makes a woman feel better when we find a mechanic that takes us seriously when we hear a "funny noise" - and he does - PLUS, he tells my husband, "Listen to her, she drives her car all the time and knows when something doesn't sound right " Says he learned that lesson years ago. His wife was concerned about her car, and he put her off, of course she was right!!! Lol! *They also have replaced an engine on a car I had had for six years. Ran like new, kept it four more years, never had any problems. He even gave me a lesson on how to break it in and how to take care of it. read more

Rude and discourteous owner. On Sat 8/11/18 I went to his shop after a failed inspection at another location they told me to go to a mechanic to see what that two error codes meant and have it fixed so I stopped by Auto Electronics immediately. He walked over to me didn't ask how may I help you or anything else, he looked at me like I was bothering him, I tried explaining to him why I was there and he just looked at me like I was stupid I tried showing him the papers from the failed inspection but he looked and sounded annoyed that I didn't have the inspection done there and why was I there. His discourteous attitude towards me was so bad I walked off. I will never give a dollar to Auto Electronics in Rosenberg Texas off of 36. The owner does not appreciate his customers and has no understanding of good customer service. I took my business elsewhere same day and got great customer service at Finnegan in Rosenberg, replaced the part needed, went back to where I got the failed inspection and passed. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, TRUST ME!!!! I spent $5,000 for them to put a rebuilt motor in my truck and 4 months later I'm back to square one with a crap motor. First I was told the motor had 35-40k miles on it but now im told "No, I think it was 65k miles, under 100k for sure". Great, that makes me feel better. I asked, Richard the owner of the shop, if he could work with me or help me out in any way since I spent so much money with him. His response, "No sorry man, those engines just have those problems and it happens all the time. If it was still under the 3 month warranty, but since your at 4 months, there's nothing I can do". So he pretty muched took my $5k and sold me a shit engine and told me to f*ck off, bc he wasnt going to help me out in any way what so ever. Richard was very rude and unapologetic about the whole situation. He didn't care one bit that he screwed me over. Save your time, frustration, and money and RUN somewhere else!!! read more
