Jess was who did my pedicure and she was great. My feet look great and I definitely felt pampered. Pay with cash if you don't want to pay the credit card fee. They are up front about that and there is an ATM near the checkout. Not sure if there is a fee for pulling cash out of that so it may end up being the same. I will definitely go back! She was very accommodating and has great integrity. Jamaica was honest when the design was something she was not sure she could replicate and gave me an offer to pick something else or cancel if that's what my heart was set on unlike other nail techs I've been to that say sure and it turns out bad. She had great attention to detail and took her time as a result the nails look amazing. Her space was comfortable and homely. She is also a very affordable option! All three times the services looked good. I was content. I like to keep my nails short, even when I get acrylics, and I know what the limitations are when doing short nails. Each time I received Linh's services I received nail shaming comments and warnings that my nails would be too short after services, and felt as if I were being pushed to do it differently. I've attached the photo from my most recent visit. To me they look like typical, every day nails? I also asked for gold glitter ombré on my ring fingers but felt pushed out of the chair when the red gel was done. Julia's services were much more friendly and pleasant to experience. I highly recommend her. She fixed an acrylic set I had and it looked tremendous (don't have photo). She seems busy so you may need an appointment. Overall, after striking out 2 of 3 times, I don't think I'll return. I don't often have the heads up that I would need to set an appointment with Julia as it depends on my husbands unpredictable work schedule and I can't be confident I'll have a positive experience otherwise.

Totally inconvenient for me, as not only do I live out of the area, I was leaving for Seattle the next morning. Julie has proved to care less. Many of them are an additional charge but you can have water and orange juice complimentary or my personal favorite of the complimentary beverages which was a pleasant surprise was red wine !! They had a little self serve red wine bar was a few different bottles of red wines. I personally went with the Barefoot sweet red blend and it was delightful! I also had a few glasses of water and a glass of Prosecco at an additional charge. They also showed a few snacks you can add on for an additional charge which were very tempting.. I already had reservations with my fiancé for Brick 29 after my appointment though and I wanted to save my appetite for our meal. It was a nice long pedicure with a nice vibrating chair that can recline, a luxurious warm neck wrap, relaxing music and nature sounds in a very comfy setting. Kaila did my pedicure and she did a beautiful job and she was very friendly throughout my experience! I LOVE the ambiance here and I most definitely will be back for a variety of spa treatments. I hope to get the membership eventually to return on a fairly regular basis and I certainly hope one day my fiancé and I can come in to relax together!!

She is amazing and I can honestly say she really does do a perfect job. I needed a perfect and beautiful set of nails for my niece's wedding and that is what I got, along with a number of complements. I now have another wedding to attend for my cousin's daughter, and I know she will do another phenomenal set. I do have to say she does a great job on any set she does and if you are stumped on a design, she has at least a dozen books of nail designs she has done to give you an incentive. I highly recommend this salon and Jen.
