The service here is always friendly and they really took care of making the subs instead of just throwing them together. I got an roast beef and provolone. I opted for the "giant" sub which by Buffalo standards is just a whole sub instead of a half, which is their regular. I like the whole sub so I can have one really big meal or another half for later. I love the quality here for the presentation and the care they put in. I think the Mike's Way option is a really tasty way to make a sub. My hang up with Jersey Mike's is always just the price. I can get a similar sub locally for less but it's not Mike's so I guess that's the tradeoff. Definitely have this location as an option for more visits in the future.

You have a choice between 4 rolls which were very fresh and very delicious! They are on the thiner side and the regular is only a half sub. Whatever you get from here will definitely hit the spot but I look forward to adding more favorites to my list.

I am loving this place right now because they are offering balanced meals that taste great for a decent price! I ordered the pork chops with Ciroc chutney. They were thick cut chops, perfectly cooked and seared. Came with options or brown rice or wheat pasta and veggies! It's a great place to anyone looking to eat out and eat better at the same time. And if you want something a bit more "hearty," their poboys look legit as well. They have weekly specials as well as a regular menu. My hope is if this place kicks off the menu will expand, but I would be equally content to stay the same. It's a small place so good for lunch, but more so take out for dinner crowd I would think, but I know that big things can come for small places! I hope these ladies continue to rock out and do well! So glad i did too, perfect comfort food for that weather too! I wanted something warm and heavy and it was. There's two options for ordering, the first is ordering "Dutch style", the second is choosing from a poutine-like list (there's poutine on the list, but the other choices are generally your choice of fries topped with a sauce with a meat, cheese, or both). The choice of fries are straight-cut battered, sweet potato, or waffle fries. For example, "The 716" was fries topped with Franks hot sauce, chicken, and blue cheese. I got the "Southern Comfort" which was fries topped BBQ sauce and your choice of pulled pork or shredded chicken (I ordered chicken). They also had traditional poutine (fries topped with cheese curds and gravy, optional to add meat for an extra dollar). All of these cost about $7.50 and was enough to fill me up as a meal. 5 stars because the girls working the truck were helpful in helping me narrow down what I wanted, the quality was good and you get a good amount for the price. Lastly, they were super fast so I didn't have to wait in the rain long. Hope to see them out again!

Their menu offers three options: Specialty menu of 'go-to' topped fry baskets, Finger food favorites menu, and their Dutch Style menu. In addition, you are able to customize your baskets with any styles of fries-- hand cut, coated straight cut, seasoned waffle, and sweet potato fries. We got the "Texas Cheese Fries" with your choice of fries (I ordered hand cut), drizzled with cheese, bacon, chive and chili powder. And mayo ketchup garlic sauce on the side. Crisp and delicious fries. So cheesy and savory toppings. Fast and good customer service. Overall it was fantastic. Hope to be back in Buffalo again and try some of their mouthwatering menus. But sad to say they don't carry funnel cakes fries anymore (wanted to try those too!).

As for the food, the chicken is always a hit. Incredibly flavorful, juicy, and well seasoned. However, the waffles haven't quite hit the mark for me. Across a few different tastings, they've tended to come out a bit charred and dry rather than fluffy and sweet. I think one side of the waffle always has been missing sauce. It might just be a personal preference because others seem to love them ! Either way I think it's worth giving it a try even for the chicken alone.

The standout items were definitely the matzo ball soup and the kugel, both of which were outstanding. Among the knishes, our favorites were the potato, onion, and cheese varieties, while the pastrami was also quite good. The mushroom knish wasn't really for us, but with so many options, that's bound to happen. One thing we really enjoyed was the setting. Bloom & Rose is located inside a large warehouse-style food hall filled with a variety of small restaurants and vendors offering everything from Jamaican and Asian cuisine to BBQ and more. It created a fun atmosphere and made the whole experience feel a bit like a food tour. The staff was friendly, and the food came out quickly. We'd definitely return, especially for another bowl of that matzo ball soup.

Absolutely delicious and unusual! This comes plain on the bun but cheese and bacon are add-on options (not needed, in my opinion). Regular Smashburgers are available too if you aren't into the spiced version. Burgers come with a generous bag full of seasoned fries, and I hope these are offered as a separate side dish in the future because they are very good and I would definitely get extra. On the day I visited, freshly made cannolis were also available - these are huge and excellent, and I strongly recommend these too. I got a set of three: Vanilla, Lemon, and Chocolate Chip. There is a great selection of juices and lemonades available and I really appreciate the full ingredient lists for these that are posted on the ordering window (super helpful for those with allergies!). Juices are made right here at this location since the owner has his own juice company too. The strawberry lemonade is especially good. There is a small covered patio where customers can stay out of sun or rain while waiting for food - there is not currently seating but maybe there will be later in the summer. Everything was cooked quickly and the owner is super nice. There are some interesting buildings nearby to admire and neat local art on walls to walk around and discover. I am definitely planning my next visit soon.
