The cake is not overly sweet, was actually the perfect bite. The cake itself was moist, with plenty of berries. It definitely could feed more than 12 and we were cutting nice size slices. Microgreens are locally grown by the owners, Laura and her spouse and are a great way to add flavor, color and nutrients to any meal. I eat a ton of shredded chicken and find the microgreens a great way to give variety to meals. While preparing my meal my two dogs were of course hoping for a drop of anything. I gladly gave them some microsgreens and they enjoyed them too! I hope to see Tiny House Farms at other pop ups and markets in the future.
