One star is exceedingly generous! I purchased a 2019 Porsche Cayenne from Maserati of Naperville, expecting a quality vehicle based on their assurances and the clean Carfax report. What I received was an unsafe, flood-damaged car riddled with issues. Within 24 hours of delivery, the engine light came on, and a diagnostic report revealed extensive problems, including a damaged turbocharger, persistent water damage, non-functional driver assistance systems, a bunch of other water related damage and a strong odor of mold/mildew--a clear sign of prior flooding. The car cannot pass inspection and is illegal to drive in both Maine and Illinois. Maserati of Naperville reset the engine light and all the codes just before shipping the car to me, demonstrating they knew about these issues but failed to disclose them. Despite immediate outreach and numerous attempts to find resolution, the dealership refuses to take accountability, wanted me to pay a 10% restocking fee, $1/mile driven and pay for return shipping. They finally agreed to refund my full payment but I still had to pay shipping. When they got the car back they said the won't refund my full amount because the engine light is on and it wasn't when they shipped the car. This was the reason I returned the car and they agreed to a full refund due to the engine damage. Their conduct is a blatant violation of consumer protection laws and constitutes FRAUD. I urge anyone considering buying from Maserati of Naperville to think twice. Their deceptive practices, lack of transparency, and refusal to honor basic legal obligations have caused me significant financial and emotional distress. Don't let this happen to you. They claim first class customer service but, I assure you, I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. This business is so unethical and disrespectful. When we called to schedule the replacement, we were informed that they had the documentation but had entered it wrong into the system, and we would now have to redo the tests for recall. The pictures were detailed, showing exactly what I asked for, and helped me make the decision to purchase the car. Once I arrived, the car was exactly as described, no surprises. Bryan gave me plenty of time to do my inspection of the car, and a test drive, and we wrapped up the paperwork in less than 20 minutes, once I checked everything out. After the sale, Bryan went out of his way to resolve a paperwork issue that wasn't his fault, including overnighting the documents that the MA RMV needed. And he found a second keyless fob for the car, which he sent over too. I've bought 3 or 4 cars online, from private sellers and dealerships, and Premier Auto is simply the best. Their communication was great, the car was exactly as described, the buying process was simple and quick, and they've been great after the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Premier.

For anyone interested in their 08 LR3, here is a photo straight from their website clearly showing it has been repainted, with different shades of grey starting the back of the rear door. Make sure you check the date codes on those tires to see that they've been changed out since I looked at it as well. Despite their adequate tread, they were dangerously dry rotted. We only had a few days before my daughter had to drive the car back to college (1000 miles away). she found a car she wanted we test drove and were allowed to take it to a local mechanic. It checked out as did the carfax (odometer lined up with the carfax reports=important, because n=many cars DONT). Mike held the car a day an we bought it. The very next day, the engine light came on! It was the left side catalytic (an 1800 job). Mike was in no way responsible for this, YET he found a mechanic who could do the job in one day at $1200, and offered to pay for half!!! I towed it to Wilke, and Syed looked it over and told me the only thing wrong with it was the brakes. He replaced all my brakes for an absolutely super reasonable price, and did so quickly. Abdul at the front was so very friendly, too. I just feel like this place is so honest. I will be a life-long customer!
