She would not provide the OTD price after multiple exchanges and when I mentioned she was not providing the info I was looking for and a request for someone else to assist, she got defensive and said there was no lack in communication on her end. I was re-assigned to Mostafa and he provided an OTD price below MSRP within an hour of our first email exchange, so I'm not sure why Daniela was not able to provide that same info. However, when I can not bring in my car because I work from 7-4 and they can't accommodate me dropping it off and getting a rental, because they have to diagnose the issue before allowing a rental to go out, and they only do that in the middle of 7-4, it becomes painfully clear that they don't have accommodations for the working class. I can't take off work. I don't have anyone who can take in my car, and even if they could, they would be stranded or have to call an UBER which can get expensive. I am leaving this review not to hate but to hopefully encourage countryside Mazda to put a plan into place to help the working class customers who can't come in between 7-4, and can't take off work. Please have a better system for people like me. This really shook my faith in this dealership, especially since they have always been there for me in the past. I know I am not the only one who has been in this situation. I will have to take a sick day, lose my pay for that day, and put undo stress on my colleagues and supervisors.

Being paranoid, I requested the VIN number on the model I was being quoted, and I told them I wanted to test drive it when I got there. Car was exactly what I expected. VIN matched, and haven't run into any issues yet and seeing as how it's covered with Toyota's bumper to bumper warranty, I think it'll be good. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars - Dealership's A/C wasn't all that great, and there were only 2 finance guys that took quite long. Price was all good, but waiting it a hot dealership with better things to do because the finance guys were taking their sweet time irritated me. Also, other dealerships had free snacks. They had a vending machine that was quite cheap, but would've liked the complementary snacks.
