You can tell he cares about building long-term relationships, not just making a quick sale. The level of customer service I experienced with Sam is rare. He's patient, reliable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything is done right. If you're looking for someone you can trust at Crestwood Auto Auction, Sam is the person you want to work with. Highly recommend!

An hour later I test drove the vehicle twice... no high pressure sales. I told them I was interested in financing the vehicle. The facility is very clean and comfortable... unlike lots of other shady used car dealers!!

My initial request was a breakdown of the list price, taxes, doc fees, and total OTD amount for an XLE premium with weather package. Daniela Valdes reached out from the internet sales team and requested additional information to gather all the info she needed to present the OTD price and I was able to provide everything she asked for. We had four back and forth exchanges where she proceeded to send links to the RAV4 models, with a couple of them at the MSRP price. She would not provide the OTD price after multiple exchanges and when I mentioned she was not providing the info I was looking for and a request for someone else to assist, she got defensive and said there was no lack in communication on her end. I was re-assigned to Mostafa and he provided an OTD price below MSRP within an hour of our first email exchange, so I'm not sure why Daniela was not able to provide that same info. Hopefully she receives better training and mentorship to advance her career, as there was a clear issue in communication and did not respond well to feedback from a potential customer. Best, Charlie

I met Dan Haggerty while getting an oil change on my vehicle and he was terrific. No pressure, no sales pitch, just answers to some questions and he kept things very easy. I explained what I was potentially looking for and he was able to give me exactly what I wanted! The vehicle, the trade in value on my car, the price I wanted and more. Needless to say, his professionalism, friendly demeanor and willingness to work with me the way I wanted made me want to purchase immediately. Now, I am driving a brand new Buick and loving it. Thanks Dan and the rest of the team. I appreciate you and will continue doing business because of the people there. I will add that the service after purchase continues to be terrific. And then Xavier's manager helped me understand more about my gear shifter. Thank you service department for having wonderful hard working and knowledgeable and kind staff. Then I went to the express oil change service station and Adrian assisted me and took great care of my car for the oil change and topped off everything I needed (coolant and windshield wiper fluid is what they top off) and added air to my tires after a long cold winter. Oil change is $135. Free popcorn and hot beverages and water while you wait along w vending machines. And Miss Lovely Erica at the sales department was super nice too! She looks out for customers and has their best interest in mind still after 8 years. She made fresh popcorn for customers to enjoy while waiting for the oil change. Thank you Hawk! The staff make the place and thank you for hiring such dedicated staff. And they play 80s music, the gold standard across the world :) Only thing I would ask ... please update the sofa and chairs at the express oil change service area. I understand it's happening very soon but the sofas are lumpy and cloth which is not easy to clean as it absorbs dust and odors... vinyl cushioned single seaters and love seats would be amazing ... just my personal preference like the ones at airports bc they are durable and easy to clean and don't lose their bounce. Then the high round tables and chairs are fine as they can be cleaned easily but the height to chair ratio is too short for petite people like me and once I sat on the chair I feel like my chin is almost hitting the table so please have taller chairs so people like me can enjoy the table. That's just my 2 cents :)

However, when I can not bring in my car because I work from 7-4 and they can't accommodate me dropping it off and getting a rental, because they have to diagnose the issue before allowing a rental to go out, and they only do that in the middle of 7-4, it becomes painfully clear that they don't have accommodations for the working class. I can't take off work. I don't have anyone who can take in my car, and even if they could, they would be stranded or have to call an UBER which can get expensive. I am leaving this review not to hate but to hopefully encourage countryside Mazda to put a plan into place to help the working class customers who can't come in between 7-4, and can't take off work. Please have a better system for people like me. This really shook my faith in this dealership, especially since they have always been there for me in the past.
