This place is a rip off. I encourage any and every one to stay away from this Car Outlet. I bought…read morea car from here 4 years ago. Not only did I pay 26,000 for a car that was marked 8,000, my car was totaled out and Chicago Car Outlet took more out of my settlement than was owed to them. When I called to see why they were taking more then I owed, I was hung up on. I called back multiple times to speak to a manager and was unsuccessful. Nobody wanted to speak to me nor break down why I was being robbed out of my total loss settlement. This place is a horrible place to buy a car and should be shut down.

A big total rip off for all people and especially for there own Mexican people, they take advantage…read moreof their own people more than they take care of them because they know they have no drivers license and they figured You don't know anything so they're going to screw you over and double their prices on you cause they know you won't complain about it , don't be stupid they will charge you $8000-$10,000 more than what the car is worth and what they do after you buy the car is , they put a GPS on the car so if you don't make one payment they come and take your car away from when you don't know it cause YOU stupid idiot sign that contract, and then they go back and resell it for the same money and take you to court to get you for the money they screwed you on. don't fall for these people See an attorney if they have done this to you for people with no drivers license and if you just gave them a Mexican ID , by law they weren't even suppose to sell you that car and you could get that car for free in court!! Contract states for only legal residents of the USA !!! These people should be closed down !!!! Example a 2008 hummer H3 with 121,000 miles Should be around $11,500-$12,500 I took some screen shots of Car guru.com so you can see for yourself how much more they are in price... Just compare miles and cost and year of truck And you will see how way more these idiots are. Then they will see this review and email Yelp.com and say it's violation which its not, I'm just telling you the truth, and they don't want people like you to know about it, cause they figured your stupid enough not to shop around and compare and they will always approve you no matter if you have credit or no credit or and not even a drivers license which is against the law as they know it.. Even insurance companies are not supposed to give you insurance with a Mexican ID or no drivers license they don't care they just want your money what you can accident they don't know who you are because you're not supposed to be driving in the first place and you go right to jail and insurance companies know many Mexicans drive without insurance and No drivers license so that's why they take your money cause YOU don't know any better Be smart not stupid!!! These idiots want &21,000 plus tax title and plates that's another $2,000 that's $23,000 for a used truck with 121,000 miles on it when these trucks start to break down at 130,000 miles .. Rip off everybody rip off rip off rip off and they sell to Mexicans because the Mexicans don't like to go back and investigate prices or do research so some of them don't even have a drivers license and I'll still take you and not overcharge you and screw you and then they put a GPS in the unit any take the truck away from you have to do any cooking for your money so don't be stupid

On February 18, 2026, I purchased a 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk from Baha Auto. Within hours of…read moreleaving the dealership, the vehicle began displaying a "Coolant Temperature High" warning, indicating a significant overheating issue. This is a serious safety concern and shouldn't happen in a vehicle that was inspected and sold as roadworthy. Since the date of purchase, I have experienced the following ongoing issues: Continuous coolant loss requiring refilling every 1-2 days Engine overheating, with the temperature gauge reaching the red zone Attempted repairs by Baha Auto failed to resolve the issue Conflicting and inaccurate explanations provided by the dealership (including being told a loose battery cable was the cause) Lack of proper diagnostic transparency or certified inspection documentation The radiator hose that they said they repaired was not repaired correctly After Baha Auto's attempted repairs, I sought further evaluation from a certified Jeep dealership. During this inspection, it was discovered that: The radiator hose, they said, they repaired was not done correctly, and a hose replacement was needed. In addition, after that repair, the car continued to have issues, and upon further diagnosis and inspection. The oil supply solenoid valve was stuck, indicating a serious internal engine issue The engine was found to be filled with thick sludge, which is consistent with poor maintenance and/or long-term internal damage These findings strongly suggest that the vehicle had pre-existing mechanical defects that were not disclosed at the time of sale and should have been identified prior to selling the vehicle. A vehicle with internal engine sludge and critical component failure is not in an acceptable condition for sale, and certainly not as a reliable daily vehicle. These are not minor issues -- they indicate significant neglect or damage that existed before I took possession of the car.
