Unfortunately, today's visit was really disappointing. This is actually the second time I've had to come back after inspecting my vehicle because areas were missed. Before I left, I even showed the staff specific spots that still needed attention and they assured me they would take care of them. When I checked my car again, many of those same areas were still untouched. My rims still had visible brake dust and dirt on them even after I specifically asked that they be cleaned thoroughly. My gas pedal was still dirty, and several interior trim pieces still had dust and residue. These aren't hidden areas--they were things I specifically pointed out before leaving. What makes this so frustrating is that the quality of service has noticeably declined. I came here because this location consistently did an amazing job and took pride in the little details. That's why I was willing to make the drive. Sadly, today they lost a loyal customer. I genuinely hope management takes this as constructive feedback because this location used to set the standard for excellent service. I'd love to see them get back to the level of care that made me recommend them to others.

This business owner operated his detailing business out of my residential property without my…read morepermission and continued doing so despite repeated requests to remove his business from my garage. I also received complaints that he required his roommates to wash cars without paying them and threatened them with immigration-related consequences. Because of these issues and other lease violations, I decided not to renew his lease. After receiving notice that his lease would not be renewed, he stopped paying rent, forcing me to begin the eviction process. He ultimately moved out before the eviction case was completed. During his tenancy, there was also an incident where he arrived appearing intoxicated, believed I had changed the locks, and called the police. The issue was resolved within minutes when he was able to access the apartment with the correct key. Afterward, he repeatedly harassed me through my Ring cameras, and I have video recordings of him directing derogatory slurs toward Mexican immigrants in the neighborhood. More than a year after moving out, he still has not removed my property address as the registered business address for his company despite repeated requests. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this individual.

So I called ahead letting them know I was coming on Monday and I was coming from Wisconsin and was interested in a full car detailing. I arrived on Monday morning and he stated he can't do it because his detailed guy wasn't there and if I can return on Monday. What the hell? When I first messaged A Plus about a detail for my vehicle, it was a Sunday and Art answered me…read morealmost immediately. He provided me answers to my questions and I was able to set up an appointment. I brought my car in this morning and I was impressed with how Art showed me the different products he would use on my car after asking me to show him the issues. I came back hours later to find an amazing looking vehicle. All of my dog's hair was gone, the paint had an amazing glossy finish. He showed me a video of how he removed a scratch from the door.
