Shortly after purchase, I discovered the vehicle has significant electronic and infotainment issues that were either undisclosed or not properly inspected before sale. Issues identified include: * Apple CarPlay does not work at all * Bluetooth/device pairing is nonfunctional or unreliable * Navigation and online services cannot connect * SiriusXM song/title display continuously blinks on and off * The MMI system repeatedly displays "No data connection could be established" errors * The vehicle appears unable to properly establish network/service connectivity * System resets/factory resets fail with "The system could not reset" errors * The vehicle still appears tied to a previous user account ("Amy Forster has remote access rights"), indicating the system may not have been properly cleared/reset before sale * Multiple warning/error messages appear relating to online services and connectivity * Audi dealership evaluation indicated missing hardware/components related to connectivity/MMI functionality I specifically took the vehicle to Audi for evaluation because the dealership initially suggested the issue was minor and "probably just a switch." Audi advised that the system appears to be missing required components/chips necessary for proper connectivity functionality and estimated repairs could exceed several thousand dollars. When I contacted the dealership and asked to speak with a manager, the situation was downplayed despite the seriousness and extent of the issues. I was then scheduled for an appointment at Addison Auto Clinic on Tuesday at 8:30 AM -- notably after the dealership's stated 10-day warranty/guarantee period. This timing is extremely concerning and gives the appearance of intentionally delaying inspection until after the limited guarantee expires. Additionally, I was never offered an extended warranty at the time of purchase, despite the dealership now suggesting these costly electronic failures are my responsibility. Had these issues been disclosed beforehand, or had I been informed that major components may be missing or malfunctioning, I would not have proceeded with the purchase under these terms. This vehicle was advertised and sold with features that are currently unusable. The system also should have been fully cleared/reset prior to resale. The fact that another individual still appears associated with remote access rights raises further concerns regarding the dealership's inspection, preparation, and disclosure practices. At this point, I am requesting: * Immediate resolution and repair at the dealership's expense OR * Reimbursement/compensation for necessary repairs OR * An appropriate remedy under consumer protection laws for a materially misrepresented vehicle sale I have documented the issues with photos/videos showing: * Connectivity failures * Failed system reset attempts * Warning/error messages * Nonfunctional online services * Prior account still linked to vehicle * Ongoing infotainment malfunctioning Selling a vehicle advertised with features that are unusable or potentially missing required hardware is misleading and unacceptable. I am preserving all documentation for submission to consumer protection agencies, BBB, Yelp/Google reviews, and any further legal or regulatory action if necessary.

Was referred to Kars Today and visited the location several times before deciding what type of car to buy. This place left me a very happy customer. Big takeaways: -Professional and courteous. Felt that Tahir genuinely wanted to help me find the right car for my needs. My interactions with everyone were always positive. CarFax reports were provided whenever available and the KellyBlueBook.com values were always similar to the ones I looked up myself on the models we were interested in. We have referred friends and family to them due to how pleasant the experience was. -Knowledgable. Helped me decide what type of car to purchase. I wanted something economical and Tahir walked us through all of our options (pros and cons of the makes/models we were considering) and what to expect for each car over the next few years based on his experience and what his buyers have told him. -Large Selection. They were regularly adding cars to the inventory over my several visits. Sometimes, the website did not have all of the cars that were on the lot but it might just be because they were newly acquired. I looked at both hybrids and regular cars. When I decided to purchase a Honda Civic, there was a nice selection of models (various years, good number of relatively newer models) to choose from. Some were still under manufacturer's warranty too, which was an added bonus. -Great purchasing experience. Completely hassle-free and fair. Was always allowed to make the decision without any pressure. No gimmicks or hidden fees--everything was straightforward and fair when negotiating. The owner seemed to be serious about growing a business that kept its customers happy. Overall, I highly recommend this place and will continue sending friends and family there.

We purchased a Toyota from Kars Today and during the week it took for us to negotiate the process, complete a few minor repairs and then have the car fully checked out by the experts of my choice, Tahir and I communicated back and forth half a dozen times each day. At every step he was engaged and responsive, professional and courteous, honest and forthcoming all around. Tahir clearly cares most about working with his customers to make sure they are completely satisfied, and we expect his commitment to excellent customer service will serve him well as he builds his business. An extremely satisfying experience all around and well worth our highest recommendation.

It is unheard of in this business about this kind of small, at home feeling type of company. He cares about his reputation and doing right for his customers. I am a passionate person and came off fairly abrasive because I expected to be ripped off or to haggle. But there really was no need. He was kind, calm, cool and just had a sense of authenticity about him. He was very calm and respectful. He answered all of my questions and I didn't really have to negotiate or bargain with him. He was able to really sell me a great car for an amazing price without the extra stress that you can expect at all the other car dealerships. This is where you go to buy a car, don't waste your time with other places because what ends up happening is other places will waste your time, waste your money and sell you sometimes not the best car. During the negotiation for my recent vehicle purchase, the sales team agreed to give me certain discounts, which made it seem like they were trying to offer a fair deal. However, when it came time to finalize the paperwork, those promised "discounts" somehow disappeared and were replaced with additional charges and fees that were never clearly explained beforehand. Even worse, shortly after purchasing the vehicle we started experiencing multiple mechanical issues. We ended up dealing with several repairs soon after buying the car, which should not happen when purchasing a vehicle that was presented as being in good condition. This created a lot of unexpected stress and additional expenses. The entire experience felt misleading and dishonest. What was promised during the sales discussion did not match the final paperwork, and the condition of the vehicle clearly did not match what was represented during the sale. Buying a vehicle should be a transparent and trustworthy process, but unfortunately that was not the case here. Because of my experience, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious. If you are considering buying a vehicle from this company, please think twice before doing business with them. Based on my experience, this dealership is misleading and difficult to trust, and I truly regret purchasing a vehicle from them.

The engine light which Affinity told me first was the gas cap and then that mice were in the engine actually needed the right bank intake camshaft and rocker arms and related parts. The tic in the engine that they said was not a problem, turned out to be a huge problem. Buyer beware.
