Woke up this morning and discovered a water leak in my laundry. Pulled the washer away from the wall and sure enough one of the hose bibs was leaking very slowly. Got onto yelp and requested plumbing companies to submit their name for consideration. After looking at several, I picked the one with the top rating, which was Trust Rooter, and gave them a call. They set up an appointment within the hour. In the meantime, another company that submitted their name for consideration showed up at my door uncalled. They basically lied to me and claimed to be Trust Rooter. They offered me an estimate, and also said I needed mold remediation for water that leaked behind the wall. They told me they would bill my insurance company directly. I don't think so! Thankfully, before they started, Leo from Trust Rooter showed up. He beat their estimate, got to work quickly and took care of the repair. His work was impeccable and he was a very nice young man. Since I had him there and could see the quality of his work, I had him replace two hose bibs on the outside of the house that had not worked for several years. He did an equally nice job on that as well. So if you have a need for a plumber, consider Trust Rooter and in particular ask for Leo. You'll be glad you did. read more

I can't say enough great things about my interactions with Trust Rooter! I needed a plumber to replace my hot water heater in our condo and I obtained quotes on Home Advisor and a lot of plumbers didn't even respond. So I used the Yelp app feature where you can obtain quotes from various vendors (including plumbers). Within a relatively short amount of time, Trust Rooter messaged me offering a same day in home estimate (complimentary). I called in to Trust Rooter as requested and spoke to Patricia. Patricia was so friendly and hospitable and had someone in my home in 2 hours for the estimate. Technician, John, showed up and was so friendly and gave his honest advise about the hot water heater, and also helped with a couple of other things we needed to have done in our condo. Their pricing was very affordable and beat most other plumbing company estimates (without even having to bargain with them first). I really appreciated their honestly, it's very hard to find this trait in Miami. So, we decided to hire Trust Rooter, and scheduled everything with Patricia and she handled all permitting, along with insurance details for our building and kept us updated along the way.
