The only good customer service was when I fully canceled the delivery and changed to pickup, the lady on the phone was very nice. They need more delivery drivers and a better system in place for retrying deliveries the next day.

This store is all about big bold pieces that make a statement. It is the type of store one would visit if decorating an estate. Some of the items are rather tasteful while others will remind you of Bollywood or Vegas. Many of the pieces remind me of Middle Eastern Decor and will set you back a penny. They had a full sized butler with tray for $800. A simple chest with three drawers will set you back approximately $1700 and prices go up from there.
