It ended up being a significantly larger issue than we thought it was -- we had a substantial leak (from a broken pipe) that had been soaking the floor underneath the bathroom tiles for quite a long time. Zav guided us through the whole repair, from start to finish. He managed the demolition (it was a lot!), the subfloor restoration, the tile work, and then put it all back together.
