Andres was recommend to me by my brother. I had to get countertops installed/island. We wanted to get the work done by a specific day and right before the holidays in December 2025. Andres came over took measurements and was able to make it happen nice professional work with great team. We highly recommend him for any home remodel or any project you might have. read more

I just wanted to leave a review because not only was he responsive, he was totally honest and reliable as to the time he could be there. We needed a fix on our business door and I called around several places. After getting several responses and a look at it, he gave me quote as to what it would cost if he were to come out. He stated that if he were to come out and couldn't fix the issue at the time, he would not charge, and that seemed fair. He was however, to fix it within the time frame of the hourly rate he provided and my husband was super grateful about it. I would definitely reach out again if I need additional services. Thanks again! read more

We reached out to AMH Construction via Yelp and Andres was out the next day to look at our shower door project and got it installed the following day! The service was speedy, a great value, and awesome customer service! They even gladly came back for a bit of follow up. Would highly recommend and hope to use Andres again when the need arises! read more

Excellent job by Andres and his team! I bought kitchen cabinets from Home Depot and wanted to put them together to form an island. Andres was very knowledgeable and told me I needed to install a base onto the concrete slab and then mount the cabinets to the base. His team provided materials for the base and completed the install in about 2 hours! Very affordable pricing! Would highly recommend them for any handyman job! read more

What is "a nightmare" about the 1st job? You never mentioned that before! That floor job was a simple one and it was finished in less than 20 minutes. I attached before and after floor pictures and described truthfully what happened later. I have your original quote and all the texts to prove what I described. The quote for the two jobs was $450, including labor, $25 fan and $50 pickup from HomeDepot. You asked us to pay $150 deposit, then you asked us to pay an additional $100, a total of $250 for the floor job. In our text exchange (see attached), you confirmed adjusted price for the fan job, then never kept your promise. Instead, you made the excuse that you were busy and kept me waiting. Who is the liar?! read more

I have been working with Andres and his team (his dad is wonderful too) for several years. We have stopped using anyone else. We have expanded our business with the team to other projects. Andres is punctual, respectful, knowledgeable and reliable. I am confident that anyone who uses them will be beyond satisfied with their level of professionalism. Services completed by AMH: bathroom remodel, floor (laminate)change due to water damage, backyard gazebo repair/securing, painting/staining, tree/shrub maintenance. read more

Updated: April 2021 We have contacted Andreas a few more times for projects around the house, including the removal of a tile counter/wall thing and benches the previous homeowners had installed under the pergola (before/after pics included). Andreas will continue to be our go-to guy for all our home projects. Super knowledgeable about so many things. And I'm so excited to finally put in some comfortable seating under the pergola and enjoy the summer nights around the fire pit!!! read more

We sent out a request for estimates to get three light fixtures replaced as our old ones were very rusty and worn out. All Around Handyman was one of the first and most reasonable estimate we received. Communication was very prompt and thorough. This told me they absolutely care about their business and will value you as a customer. They arrived timely as promised, got to work and cleaned up after they were done. I'm very happy with the work and care in replacing my light fixtures. Per my husband, they are AWESOME! These guys are incredibly efficient and professional. Communication is definitely key when doing any kind of home repairs, and these guys stay on top of it. You absolutely get the feel of them wanting to earn your business and letting their work speak for itself. In fact, we will be utilizing them for more work on our house and will continue to do so. I would definitely recommend this father and son duo to any one looking for handyman services. read more

Hired Andres to replace compression valve on toilet to get working properly. Totally, improperly installed - not fastened correctly (whole thing turns now). He opened up the wall rather than extending the pipe from the wall, which left big hole and invites water damage inside wall (not up to code). Job not up to code, as pipe is INSIDE wall vs outside as it should be. No cover plate, no sealing or plumbers tape was used which also can cause water damage in the wall. Job lacked precision and adherence to standard procedures, leading to both functional and aesthetic shortcomings. He also insisted I pay in cash ($250), which I did. Stupid me!!! I would NOT recommend this guy to anyone. I have put a claim into yelp to get the job done correctly. read more

AAH did and excellent job while explaining their work before they began. They were fully prepared to handle all construction trades needed to work on my house. They fully explained the types of fans and the various noise levels associated with different models. I was lucky that had a cancellation and got my project done the day after we first spoke. I plan to work with them again soon. read more

DO NOT GO TO HIM FOR ANY WORK!!!!! He never showed up to our 8am appointment. I called 2 hours later to see where he was at, he said sorry his car truck wasn't working.... He said he can go later in the day, when I said when, he ignored my text after that. I depended on this guy to come and he never showed up or gave a common courtesy to tell me he wasn't coming. read more

Update: thanks Andre, but you're being completely dishonest. You were hired to tape, mud, texture, paint and install plywood to the end of two cabinets. Quote was $400-$600. You never emailed me the invoice for the deposit or the bid. You guys didn't tape, did a sloppy mud job (see photos), left a mess (see photos), never textured or painted. $500 was the middle of your original quote. Since you did half the job I asked to be refunded $100-$200. Pretty fair. You said your reputation matters more than money, but apparently not. I'm not the only one on Yelp who's experienced you going MIA. You said your phone was dead, but all my calls and iMessages went through. But I suppose your phone is still dead, since you still haven't followed up. Original post: Took the money and ran. We originally agreed to a quote of $400-$600 to tape, mud, texture and paint a portion of ceiling and two walls as well as put end caps to a couple of cabinets. They taped, mudded, and sloppily screwed on two pieces of plywood to the cabinets. Got paid $500, and haven't returned a single text or phone call to either finish the job or refund us the difference. I've given him a couple of days to get back to us, but he's gone from very responsive, to MIA. That speaks volumes of Andre as a business person if he values a couple hundred dollars more than his reputation. He's also a real estate agent, and my wife and I were interested in making an offer on one of his $1M properties while using him as our agent. It's better we learned about his true character now than with a massive transaction like purchasing a home. In regards to the workmanship, NOT GOOD! Very poor job mudding. They left large clumps and streaks that I'll have to sand off to fix. They also left a mess in our kitchen and in the backyard, and left screws scattered on the front patio. There are a lot of good people willing to do good honest work. Andre isn't one of them. read more

It's been difficult finding a solid handyman. Hired Andres initially for a garbage disposal install, recaulking of a tenant's bathroom, etc which were done with no issue. He showed up on time and took venmo for payment. Haven't had to hire him for anything technically difficult, but I am willing to give him a try for my other units. Things I really liked: Great communication, also willing to do a followup when there was a potential issue. Pricing is competitive, but I was willing to pay a premium to get on someone's schedule the next day instead of 2+ weeks like some of the most popular handymen on this platform. I rarely ever leave reviews. Andres and his Father are worthy of one! I had a skylight that had been broken for some time and all 3 bathroom fans weren't working properly. I thought they needed to be replaced and would've paid for the replacements... after they took a closer look they told me they just needed to be cleaned well and lubricated, which they did for us. I would've never known had they been dishonest and only looking to make a quick buck. They fixed everything, saved me a lot of money, cleaned up well, and were fantastic all the way around. And they do just about any kind of work you could be looking for. I'll be referring them to family and friends for sure. Great job guys and thank you again. read more

He came out to our place of business and checked out our flat top roof. He said all the right thing about fixing it but did nothing, but put some spray foam around a few things. Called Monday and he said he would be out after 4. We have had no response from calls or text since. I do not usually get taken advantage of. Because we run a small business too. But he walked the walk. But he ripped us off. And now court. Shame on you. You give all small business a bad name. read more

Andreas and Ignacio did a great job! They did what they said they would do and we are so pleased with the results. Not a drop on our new floors. We couldn't be happier and will definitely call them for future projects. read more

Set up an appointment for after 11 and at 1:20 he didn't show. I reached out snd he said he was on the opposite side of town and couldn't get to me until later. I waited til 4, they didn't show so I cancelled. I was disappointed because he replied quickly to my Yelp request and I needed the repair done right away. I can't speak to his work however, as he didn't show up. Edit/reply- I don't "feel better" about my post. I needed to hire someone else as you didn't come, it's just that simple. Wow! I am so glad I found Andres and Ygnacio. I found All Around Handyman here on Yelp and reached out about some fence work. I needed to replace several sections and repair/reinforce some other areas of my fence. I got a response in less than 30 minutes and sent pictures of the work. I was able to schedule time for the estimate just a couple of days later. Communication was great throughout and they were both very thorough and fair in describing the options and costs for the necessary work. Totally reasonable pricing, and again, with a good explanation of what was involved and included. The work they did was fantastic and looks great. These guys are efficient, professional, and also super friendly. When they came out for the estimate I also had them look at one of my bathrooms for installation of a new vanity (They can do a huge variety of work). It's a tight space and they were clear about the limitations and possibilities. Price quote for that was right in line with what I was expecting. I will definitely be reaching out again to have them complete that job and to look at some other projects I have been putting off. I'm so happy to have made a connection with these two and their expansive skill sets!! Thanks, guys:) read more

Update: spent over an hour taking down and properly reinstalling one of the ceiling fans. Used the shower in which they "fixed" the drain only to find that the replacement drain DOES NOT FIT the drain hole and sits above the level of the floor.
