I scheduled my 25 min foot bath at 1:30p and then the 50 min salt cave session at 2p. From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted. Checked in immediately, as I had entered all voucher info ahead of time. I was escorted back to the foot bath suite of 3 (and was by myself) was taken great care of by the very knowledgeable and friendly staff. She was training someone and they both were kind and just made me feel so comfortable. Once that was done and the ion thingy did its thing - she went over all the different colors and things we saw in the water. Super interesting. Then I was led to the salt caves and was wowed! Soooo pretty and relaxing. Again I was by myself so it was even more relaxing, but I wished I had all my friends with me - because it is very neat. Kicked back in the lounge chair with a blanket and just breathed in all the good air. That was Friday afternoon; it is now Sunday morning and I just finished a workout and STILL feel light on my feet!! Can't wait to go back!

Yes I know that was all in…read morecaps but the excitement and gratitude we have for Kaleb and the masterpiece of a sauna he created for us cannot be understated. We did some reserach in trying to find the best custom sauna builder / manufacturer for our home in a remote mountain town 90 min west of Denver. We believe we found the best guy in Colorado and maybe entire west to build our dream sauna. Kaleb showed patience, effort, great communication, and professionalism trhoughout our brief time working with him. The end product was more than we could dream of and we especially liked the fact that he was able to convert our first choice location in house of a small closet into an incredible custom sauna. If you are dreaming of creating a custom sauna or anything in the idea of a sauna in your space do not and I mean DO NOT hesitate to reach out to the one and only Kaleb the Finn. They have a lap pool and they also have a warmer pool that includes a lazy river and a couple of lap lanes, along with the children's play area. We were there on a weekday afternoon well swim lessons were going on, but had plenty of space to use one lap lane and the lazy river. They have a set of steps to enter by the lazy river and they have a chairlift that enters into one of the lanes. There's also a hot tub that has steps with a rail to get in. In the family locker room there are two accessible changing rooms with a bathroom and shower, including a shower bench and adjustable showerhead. They have an automatic door opener, which is phenomenal, however, the lock is up pretty high, which makes it less accessible for wheelchair users, and short people. there are two other changing rooms in the family locker space that don't have the automatic button, adjustable showerhead, or shower bench, or grab bars on the toilet, but are still fairly large and have space for a wheelchair user There was plenty of accessible parking and automatic doors to get into the building. The space exiting was pretty tight due to how they have the chairs arranged, somebody with a larger wheelchair may have to exit through the entry lane. We also used the steam room, there was no automatic door, but the door wasn't terribly heavy. We've been to lots of rec centers in the Denver Metro area, and this is definitely one of the most accessible

Went for leg compression first. I reclined and chatted with my friends. This 15 min flew by and felt so good on my sore muscles. Sauna was nice and dry which gave the perfect amount of sweat without feeling sticky. Quick rinse and it was game time. If I'm being honest, the cold tub was torturous. I went from gasping for air to calm to the most violent shivering on earth. Then into the hot tub where my skin felt like it was on fire. Then back to violence. Was it horrifying? Yes. Would I do it again? Yes. I closed it off with red light therapy and left this place absolutely buzzing. Whatever happened in that 37 degree death trap resulted in some sort of high that I can't explain. I feel like I could run through a wall. I found this place via Tim at a wellness event and he is awesome to chat with. The employee on site, KB, is an absolute gem. She walked us through every step so thoroughly and cheered us on through all the shivers. I will definitely be incorporating this into my routine.
