Top quality dish ware and pots & pans. They always decorate for every holiday and I go every Christmas to find something to add to my home. They stock candles, lotions, and bedding to list a few. The silk flowers are top quality and you'll find flowers you don't wee anywhere else. It's a joy to go to this store they are so welcoming.

If that employee doesn't know where the item you need is, they will direct you to someone in that section of the store who does know. If they don't sell it they will tell you where you can buy it. The employees are always cheerful, friendly, and helpful. Way better than Home Depot where you can ask for help from 5 different employees and no one knows where the item you need is. I've been shopping here since 2017 and my only issue is that they expanded the work wear section so I always come home with some cute carhart outfit for my little 11 month old contractor.

A newer guy named David was stocking in the aisle, so as I passed I asked him if he knew off the top of his head something about a product. I told him if you don't know it right off the top of your head don't worry about it, I'm not trying to waste his time and it wasn't a big deal. Five minutes later he brings me the thing I was looking for. This seems like a simple thing, but these days it's RARE to get this kind of service unless I'm at the local hardware store where they still write receipts on paper and let me put stuff on the family account. I expect that kind of service there, but when you get it at a big chain it's pretty unusual. I also ran into the most personable, outgoing, & patient associate at the register named Ashley. I was the fool with two purchases--one with company card and one with personal. I left my phone in the aisle so I couldn't pay and I had to step out of line so I wouldn't hold things up. Talk about annoying customers, I also had something I wanted to put in the go-back bin, but instead of telling her right off the bat I let her ring it in because today I'm that guy. Sometimes I'm a little slow and they tell me that's ok. This can annoy people pretty quick and I don't blame them, which is why it's noticeable when store associates treat me this nicely. The people who work here seem content with life. Annoyances to them are just fleeting moments. They don't make it a big deal. They just seem happy with life and it shows.

Very close to Santa Rosa Tractor ( the place that will repair my vintage tractors ) 2. Next door to Ace hardware - nice to pick up stuff for the projects I'm working on 3. A taqueria is close by - good to fuel up on the run (I have not tried it yet ) 4. Equipment yard is adequately large enough to get in and out pulling the trailer and returning it. 5. Close to Hwy 101 so there isn't a lot of street driving to get out of there. 6. Not crazy busy - so I'm able to get in and out with no waiting around 7. Lots of nice stuff! I like the little backhoe that is $250 a day... nice if you need to dig a nice trench real fast. 8. Friendly and helpful staff. I noticed a boat load of those floor fans for drying your floor after a flood. I guess they know what people need and have it ready. Bonus! I lost the cotter key to my hitch, so they gave me a nice new one for free! Brandon has a big flatbed pulled by a n 8 wheel tractor - so if you have a huge tractor, he will haul it for you.

We arranged for her to pay for something over the phone and I would pick it up when I passed through SR on my way to her house. They made the process super easy and smooth.
