I love that they have all my dogs food and toys here at Tractor Supply. One downside is they are often out of something, so that's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 The staff is always very helpful. It always seems the cans of food I need are on the top shelf that I can't reach. And someone always is there to help out. I've gotten tomatoes and other plants in spring and their garden supply usually has all the things I need A most convenient store to have within Couple miles of home

Came to shop for safes but wanted the baby ducks! So cute!!!

Didn't go into buy a thing but the girl at the front was very pleasant. Welcomed us and we walked back to where the chicks and ducklings were to have a look at the cute balls of fuzz. After staring for a while we looked at the house and yard items in the center aisle. As we were leaving we were wished a good day just as if we had made a purchase. It is nice to be treated and even acknowledged regardless of my purchasing at that point in time or not. I do not presently have animals but will consider if I am in the neighborhood again that I will buy bird seed or other yard items.

Love this store...They have the best big bottles of rootbeer ever for $1. Just stocked up again. They have others flavors like strawberry, orange and others. Also the Retro Wranglers are my favorite Jean's, great fit with flex materials!!! This place has all kinds of cool stuff,,,check it out...

It was raining and I went inside to grab a bag of kitty liter pellets which work so much better than regular cat liter, and they are all natural. Grabbed my cart and the large bag. Then I went towards the front of the store and asked Tim the store manager where I could find leather polish. He was doing something on the ground and glared at my shoes very rudely then looked up like I was totally annoying and in his way. He pointed where they were and I was taken back at how rude he was. Then, I went to look at the product which I found. He didn't explain properly where to find the item. He could of walked me over to show me which would have been proper etiquette considering I'm a shopping customer. I really was appalled by how rude he was. When I went to check out, Marcy was the check out cashier, and she was very professional, friendly, and efficient. Maybe she should be the manager.

If this is a fire lane, then mark it

First let me say I shop often at this store . However, there are employees that should not be working there, they lack professionalism when dealing with customers. This person, named Lizzie, I believe she is an assistant manager. She was telling me I couldn't park where I parked, didn't say why until I asked her. She stated it was a fire lane. When I tried to explain that the curb was not painted red or posted as a fire lane, she got indigent and continued to tell me I couldn't park there. Had she not been so rude, I would of moved my vehicle. As I was leaving, Lizzie was helping a female customer load her truck while parked in what she called "A FIRE LANE" and blocking the entrance and exit of customer entering and leaving the store with shopping carts. Perhaps tractor supply could paint the curbing RED, seems to make sense to me.

The "Easter Egger" layer chicks I was sold, now a little over a week and a half old and very obviously broilers.

It's enormous -- the kind of enormous where you half-expect to find a lost civilization in the camping section. And somehow they have everything. Outdoor gear, bike shop, rentals for basically any activity you've ever considered trying drunk at a party, lift ticket discounts... if it involves fresh air and mild suffering, they've got you covered. Now let's talk about the Basementeers membership, because it deserves its own paragraph. Twenty-five dollars. Once. For life. That's not a typo. For the price of a mediocre cocktail, you get 10% off forever, plus occasional 20% Friends & Family discounts. I've made worse financial decisions in the same afternoon. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and seemingly immune to the judgment you'd deserve for asking "what's the difference between hiking and walking." Basically: go. Join. Buy things. Touch grass -- they sell gear for that too.

He was extremely knowledgeable, displayed a high level of expertise with confidence, not arrogance. I really appreciated that. I came in with a problem and was immediately provided and explained options, quoted a more than fair rate and didn't feel haggled or hassled on cheesy up sale techniques. Because of his likability and competency, I took his advice and added a fresh wax. In closing, it's a rarity these days to get high quality service, from people that take pride in their job. Dominick is cut from a different cloth. Sports Basement Corporate, your Ski shop just earned a customer for life and you should promote or at least give a healthy raise to Dominick for the rock star service! Thanks Stephen Watson

I ended up asking the owner for some advice on how to get started in the local waters. He was incredibly helpful- not only did he recommend a specific spoon spinner, but he even took the time to show me the best way to cast and retrieve it for the river. This place is definitely a local gem. Whether you're a regular or you're like me and somehow managed to leave your tackle box at home, it's a great spot to drop by. Great service and even better advice!

Kayaking the Russian River is something I've had on my to do list for years. This summer, with the…read moreriver still flowing nicely well in to July, I decided to finally make it a priority for a weekend adventure. In reading, Yelp and other reviews all signs indicated that King's was THE place. I had stopped in the shop during other trips to Guerneville to check out their outdoor clothing and accessories, so I was familiar with them. I had decided on what's labeled as their Trip #2 on the website which is a 5 mile kayak (self guided) from Johnson's Beach to Monte Rio. I called and reserved a tandem kayak about 4 days in advance and was given a few options of a start time. I choose 11 am since we were driving in from the East Bay and didn't want to leave home too early. They were super friendly and helpful when calling and made sure we understood the trip details and were booking the right package for our skills and needs. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation. We arrived closer to 10::30 and luckily found parking on the street right near the shop-I was worried about that on a summer Sunday but maybe getting there earlier helped. The girl who checked us in was super knowledgeable and made sure she showed us a map of our route, which includes a small section where you need to get out of your kayak and walk it about 200 yards around the dam to circumvent it and then launch back in. We were provided a dry bag, paddles, kayak and life vests. They have you walk a few blocks down to Johnson's Beach and they meet you there with the kayak. This year, after the 2023 rainy winter, the river was flowing nicely-we had a mostly smooth paddle down the river. For quite a while we had quite a bit of solitude and it was so peaceful and lovely with the river and redwoods. Things got a little busier towards Monte Rio beach and downright chaotic as we had to navigate hoards of people swimming with no situational awareness of our kayak and others coming through. It was a relief to get past it and get our kayak to the boat launch. You call Kings as you approach Monte Rio to schedule your pick up. They were there for us to shuttle us back to Guerneville within 5 minutes of us leaving the water. I had the most wonderful day out on the river. We saw lots of water birds and turtles and for the most part it was a very serene trip, Highly recommend Kings and would 100% use them again. They know the river well and gave us advice about certain areas and seem like they truly love what they do!
