Pages within the index were torn and the front cover was also damaged. I reported this to the vendor who in turn gave me a full refund. I tried to fix it but I actually made matters worse. So, I took it to Office Max here in western Highlands Ranch. In less than 24 hours I went to pick it up. It was beautifully done. However I wanted the card stock cover laminated. The only downside is that they occasionally don't have some of our family's staple items in stock, which can be frustrating. We've also had repeated interactions with one employee in the apparel section who is pretty abrupt about customers looking through the display tables for different sizes. It definitely takes away from the shopping experience. Other than those two things, the store is clean, well-stocked most of the time, and the staff is generally friendly. We still enjoy shopping here and feel our membership has been well worth it for our family.

Though he was walking back to finish up with his customer, the manager took a moment to greet me and find out what I was looking for. He told me he would finish up with the customer already there and then get my order ready. As I waited and walked around the store (I waited about 10 minutes), a few people came in after me. The manager took a moment with the folks who walked in to greet them and, when possible, to find out their needs so he could quickly get their order started in the back (there were other employees helping in the back, etc, not just him). He was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and personal to everyone in the store -- both contractor and regular people alike. He kept things moving along. He took the initiative to find an active coupon and saved me 35%! (I found the link to current SW coupons and will post it at the end). I was so surprised and grateful! Six years ago, my husband and I replaced our fence -- he replaced and I painted. Our HOA requires SW paint for exterior jobs. I recall feeling like one in a herd back then, as I waited a long time, etc. The new manager brings great customer service to the store. And our fence's SW paint still looks awesome and brand new, 6 years later! Even though it's southern-facing and gets all the sun (I used rollers and a paint brush instead of a sprayer).
