Rude customer service from the women on shift on Oct 5th 3:30pm and the males working were very helpful. Was trying to take a video of a dress I just tried and planned on buying for my birthday. My man was getting him an outfit for himself as well. A shirt, jacket, and shorts, but her rude demeanor and attitude caused me to put down my items and walk out. I took my money to coach! Every pair of jeans was neatly stacked. Every worker was friendly and knowledgable about their product. Lots of different cuts to look through. Plenty of fitting rooms. The styles aren't what you see in the stores, but very similar. What's even better are the cheap(er) prices! I found the perfect pair of Joeys for $129 (used to be $216). Plus, the sales tax in Cabazon is 7.75% so that saves you a little too! All sales final, though! read more

This new outlet store is definately worth going to! Most of the manufacturers have started making clothes just for the outlet stores. They are typically lesser quality fabrics. True Religion's outlet is stocked with top quality, current styles that sell for $120 vs. $179-240 retail. They also had a large selection of "irregulars" that weren't awful for $75! I just started to get into designer jeans but there is always one problem for me....I always want a killer deal. The TR outlet was right up my alley! I used to walk by this outlet thinking the prices might be a few tens of dollars off....WRONG! I went in there two week ago and scored two pairs of extremely nice coverstitch logo straight jeans for $80.00 each. The TR website has them retailing at $218 and were from the winter 2012 collection, so I scored there. Then just this past July 4th weekend I scored another nice pair of indigo bandana pocket straight jeans for $70.00 which retailed on the TR website for $194.00! Now those are the kind of deals I am talking about. Plus these weren't the cheap simple stitched pockets/plainly accented jeans you often see at Off Saks 5th or Last Call, they were nice premium quality jeans you would see at Nordy's or their company stores. Every single employee that was there was courteous, super helpful, and accommodating even though the store had an organized chaos about itself with the influx of local customers as well as tourists banging elbows. Needless to say I am always going to come here to scope out if there are any deals on TR's before going anywhere else!! read more

I waited 45 minutes...no exaggeration..to return items WITH A RECEIPT. After the guy called his manager and still couldnt figure it out..the TrueReligion rep called Johnny then proceeded to help another customer without finishing with me. When i asked him to stay focused and get my return done...afterall i waited for 45 min. He became angry at me and threw the clothes at my family and told us to leave. Is this the way you act to a person who is waiting patiently for a return? Either he is unwilling to ask for help or he is so shamed that he cant even manage a simple return. The female there who wouldnt help either was an example of a company who doesnt care about their customers yet they charge 350. For a pair of jeans. I will never shop there again. Hopefully, corporate can reach out and help these untrained people and also improve their attitudes towards the customer. Without the customer they would have no job. Horrible customer service. We waited patiently for over a half hour to do a simple exchange. We had all the necessary tags/receipts. The cashier, Johnny, couldn't figure out how to do the exchange. After we patiently waited all of that time, he started helping other customers before he could finish the return. We told him that we have been waiting for a long time, and to please finish our job before moving on. He jumped at this opportunity to say that we were being disrespectful and that he WOULD NOT return our items, then he threw them back at us, dropping our receipts on the floor. In reality he COULD NOT return the items. Apparently he was not trained to do returns. His peer there wasn't trained either, and she told us to leave too. It seemed like they were stressed and embarrassed that they couldn't do a simple job which is why they quit the process at their first chance. When they charge so much for their clothes, True Religion should at least train their employees to do a simple return with a receipt. Customers have a better shot at buying/exchanging online because customer service is slow, incompetent, and horribly disrespectful. It was offensive for them to ask us to leave when we had waited patiently for over a half hour. read more
