Hahahaha We have had our control 4 system w CinemaScope which used to be Modern Home now for 2.5-3 years. The install went good and we're promised the world when meeting with Roman and he and his guys came to set up our TVs and internet. But fast forward to when you need someone to come out and fix something or you need a service call...then you have to wait 2 weeks or more to get your service completed. OR you message them and they don't even call or text back. With this last set of problems I first text them on May 4th. Then the problems have gotten worse and worse and now the whole system is not working. We try to reset, doesn't work. Then we call cox because they like to blame everything on cox, that doesn't work. Then when we are upset that it took almost a month for them to call back, they say I know you are upset and you're taking it out on me! Uuuuuhhhhhh yeah!!! I'm taking it out on you because you don't answer the phone, you don't answer texts, and then when we do finally track you down it's going to be 2 weeks before we get someone out to look at it! I have 2 businesses that I run from my home and 2 weeks is a long time to be out of business!!! Hire more people so you can live up to what you are selling people!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Attached are the communications the last few times we have needed assistance. Sometimes you are communicated with and sometimes not! Use someone else that has better customer service, that doesn't put the blame on you!
