I just wanted to write this review because I know how stressful it is to look for a reliable, trustworthy company that does excellent work and charge fair prices. TruePower is that company you can trust. We will definitely keep them in our "to call" company if we have any other electrical issues. They gained us trust and we will HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to our family and friends and now to other YELP users. We are so appreciated for Peter and his staff. Very Professional, responded quickly, gave the troubleshooting cost upfront, communicated well. Our electrician Josh arrived as the text indicated. We explained that power wasnt flowing to our stove, refrigerator, dryer and washer. Josh went to work and trouble shooted. Josh is thorough checked our circuit breaker box. Our home is over 30 years old but remodel in the last 15 years. Josh went into the attic and discovered several wires that were chewed by unwanted "rodent(s)". He fixed the wires, secured the covering and verified if all appliances was working. He noticed our stove wasnt working properly. He discovered the meter outside from Hawaiian Electric was giving the proper voltage (110 volts) each but the circuit breaker panel in our home one line gave readings of 110 volts and the other 40 volts. He knew there must be a misconnection point underneath our home. Poor Josh had to climb through a small access opening under our home to get to another junction box. He discovered one of the power lines was completely burnt. He showed us a picture and we were completely shocked because it was a fire hazard and our home couldve caught on fire while we slept. City Mill in Waianae did not have the parts and Josh went to Kapolei to get it. He came back in a timely matter fixed the issue and our power and appliances were operating at full capacity. Josh also went beyond and replaced the GFCI and cover in our master bathroom. He picked up after himself and made sure he didnt leave anything behind. He showed us the faulty parts he repaired. He repaired the exposed wires in our attic, the burnt connector for one of two main lines and replaced the outside circuit breaker. Josh was super friendly, very professional and went beyond to help us. Within 30 minutes after his departure, his boss/owner Peter sent us the bill. My husband and I was bracing ourselves for it to be over $1k. We were so grateful and please the bill was WAY LOWER than we expected (Mahalo Jesus for answered prayers and directing us to TruePower). Needed a kitchen ceiling light fixed. Received good recommendation from Peter and he had his personal replaced in a timely manner.

I was having electrical issues with the bathroom light flickering and the chandelier light just going out...all at the same time. Sent in a quote request Monday afternoon to 5 businesses and Peter responded quickly. We set up an appointment the following day around 12:00 pm. He was on time and was ready to go. The bathroom light was a quick fix with a loose wire in the switch. The chandelier was a little different. The light was connected to 2-3 way and 1-4 way switch so he checked all the connections and luckily I had some 3 way switches so he installed those for me. The 4-way he ran quickly down the road to pick one up to install. After confirming its not the switch, we looked at then the chandelier. It was above the staircase and I had no ladder. He took out his Little Giant and was able to get to it. I give him lots of guts for this because he had no issues reaching up to take down the fixture as it was at least 15 feet up. Identified the wires were fraying and luckily I had a spare LED fixture. He connected that up and everything works! Installed it quickly and we are good to go. One night when someone was taking a shower we heard a popping noise and smelled something burnt, and the hot water got cold. The wires coming from our tankless water heater were burnt and luckily the house did not burn down. We found True Power Electrical (Peter) online and he was able to schedule us for the next day. Our wires ended up being replaced and corrected because everything was installed about 10+ years ago. He did such a great job that we are going to have him come back to inspect the whole house to make sure all of our electrical is safe and up to code. I had a electrical issue where one circuit kept tripping and fridge had a electrical current on the door handle! True Power responded right away and had an electrician at my house same morning.
