I went to go get my toes done waited a good 15 minutes to just get water to put my feet in. When I got the water i sat with my feet in the water for 20-30 minutes it got really cold but they poured boiling hot water in it . Once i finally got someone (ken) he began working on my feet but 3 minutes into it he began laughing him & every other worker doing feet laughed at me and made me feel more insecure about my toes more than i already am. I have a really bad bunion on both of my feet & it just made me feel so uncomfortable I wouldn't recommend this place for anything read more

I hadn't been in for awhile! The ambience is much nicer now; well lit. They were very accommodating with me, since I brought my own gloves due to be allergic to latex; they kept their hands washed. The lady who did my feet did amazing work! My feet where rough from wearing flops and she smoothed them like no other! I had previously chose. A color. After my pedicure, I asked to see all the colors and she was very willing. I even chose a different color and she was ok with it. She finished painting my toe nails and they looked amazing. Really bad experience. I went for pedicure and full set. The male technician was brutal. I had one toe that I dropped something heavy on, it was fixed in Florida, but still sore and discolored. He (no name, didn't speak English, no greeting at all upon entering the shop!!) He wouldn't leave that toe alone and I nicely ask several times. I finally said don't touch it again except to paint. Then horrors!!! He did my nails, I had a pic of the shape and size, he didn't even go near what I asked for, I ended up cutting and shaping them myself. I asked the female, is he licensed???? Then they charged me 110.00. No compensation for all the work that I did. My nails don't match. It's horrific. My nails hurt the day after, what did he do? I've had plenty of acrylic nails, none ever hurt the day after. Save yourself, Stay clear!!!!! read more

By far the worse experience at a nail salon I've had yet. Took over 10 minutes for the man to come and start on my nails due to being on his phone and then did not wash his hands before even starting. Did not cut my toe nails at all just went straight to painting. Also took over an hour just for a simple nail and toe polish. Then after letting our nails dry, my moms nail polish started changing colors and streaking off almost like it was old and not good formula anymore. Went back after 10 minutes and asked lady to just take the polish off and she tried to layer more nail polish on and cover it up and did not offer a refund at all if anything just laughed it off. Although the employees here were nice, we unfortunately had a poor experience. One of the technicians was not skilled which resulted in cuts and rough looking nails. We had to ask for a few of the amenities which should typically come with a manicure. Sadly, we will not be returning here. read more

Y'all wanna know what salon NOT to go to? This one. I sat for an hour, no water ran, nothing. Asked for children's mani pedi and a pedi for me. They didn't run my kids or my water either. Just started painting her nails really shitty. I got up after an hour and put my nail polish away. They asked if I then wanted gel..how?! I don't even have water. 2 dudes down from me have been massages for an hour and 3 hot towels later, I'm over it. I go to pay, paper says "Kids paint: $6" well we sure as hell didn't get a mani pedi, they only painted her nails. She says "$10" and I said how? Y'all painted her nails that's all. She said "$5 hands, $5 feet. 20% off so $8" I said fine whatever butt that's not what your paper says. So she runs my card for $8, I get my receipt and the shit says "$10". Now I'm heated. $10 isn't much. Hell if you treat me and my kid right like the other place in Bristol I drop $120 on my pedi, and a children's mani pedi. Because they cared about her and I as equals. This place is extremely dark and you can't see anything when you walk in (which makes me wonder if or what they're trying to conceal). They do not have a choice of colors for you to look at or try when picking your color. They bring you a basket of gel colors and then you're supposed to tell them which color you like. The guy who did my pedicure was really rough and fast and scratched the bottoms of my feet when he did the callus scrub. While I was there, one guy got up and walked out. read more

Starting out I was excited about this salon being something different. My pedicure was pretty good I got the premier package which includes hot stones and wax. Truthfully though, the $25 pedicure from the other places in town include most of the same things except the hot stones which weren't that great. The manicure is why my rating is so low. The woman didn't even give me a basic manicure before she started putting several layers of powder dip on each nail. I had horrible hang nails and cuticles that needed lots of attention. I asked if the manicure part came after the powder dip she informed me that it did not. I insisted she'd have to do a half job manicure at least. She definitely did a less that that. Also the cat eye polish she did looks nothing like it was supposed to it looks like a line running up and down through my nails. My mom got the cat eye as well and hers looks just as bad. My daughter's looks okay, but it took over 3 hours for 3 manicures and 3 pedicures. Who has that much time to sit? Either this lady doesn't know what she's doing or she cuts corners. The man tries hard but he scrubbed my feet so hard in a couple of places they started bleeding. I nor my daughter or my mom will go back here again. The final cost without any tip for 3 people was $190. I feel like I got screwed for sure! It was an expensive lesson learned!
