He first starts off by not taking my nail polish off the correct way my nails weren't soaked or wrapped like they usually were. He then starts filing my nails without asking me if I want to change the shape or length so I stop and tell him I want almond he says nothing to me, but no. I said, excuse me no, and he said round, and then proceeds to get the owner, and she shows him the shape on my pinky finger of almond when she walks away he proceeds to file my nails round, and none of them are the same shape. He then rushes the rest of my service. I only have one coat of each polish when I know I'm supposed to get at least two of each. The paint doesn't even cover my whole nail. There's paint missing on the sides where the tips are supposed to connect. I will not be back. Horrible customer service and application. If I could add pictures I would.

We were very pleased with everything. I especially have to brag on my masseuse Matt. I've been dealing with upper arm pain for about 10 months.
