A family member recommended Lee, the owner, and she did not disappoint! My daughter's nails for prom were beautiful. The impact of her nails and the gentle nature of the tech were so nice. Worth a million bucks to me. Meanwhile, I decided to have a pedicure with another person there, basically to kill time. It was ok. I'm licensed to do these myself and was happy enough about the service but when I got a good look at my toenails I had to laugh! It's not the end of the world and if I go in again I'd probably give her another shot and maybe add some gentle feedback. I like supporting small businesses and have come to learn that in a small town, even though things aren't perfect, I'd still recommend this business to others. Sometimes language barriers and personalities get in the way and sometimes customers are just Karen's looking to make themselves look better by besmirching a business. I'm not here for that! I absolutely love this place! The employees are straight up and real, they love to laugh and joke with you and are always gentle with their work. The quality of their work and products is excellent. I have attached a photo of my nails which were done with dip powder over 2 weeks ago and still look fresh! There are usually only 2 people working so if you're busy definitely call ahead but it will be well worth your time. *Also check google for more (better) reviews read more

I have always gone here and even love the new employment but today.... my big toes were both cut SO crooked. This is probably my biggest pet peeve when going to a nail salon. I am very picky about this. She rubbed my feet very well and I appreciate her time and effort but dang.... I can't take when my toes are crooked. I would have spoke up had I noticed but I didn't until I stood up and looked down. Going home to try and fix this now. read more

I had an accident breaking a nail down to the quick and asked if she could just repair that; the answer was not until next week. This place has such bad customer service I've never even gotten a service. Twice I've called and scheduled an appointment to show up and have them tell me they could do that particular service. Even when I was willing to change my service, they expected me to wait half an hour past my appointment time. read more

Definitely not the place to become a regular patron. They do not value their clients or their time. I get that it's hard to hire nail techs in TN due to education requirements and that makes these owners have to operate the business. However, this does not give them the right to treat their paying customers like dirt. Should have listened to the other reviewer that received similar treatment. Wow can't recommend this place more! Love Phillip and Tracy, and they do phenomenal work. You will never find a better nail salon anywhere! I know others have complained that there are only two people working, but I love this because you get the same high quality every time!! Always call ahead to schedule an appointment. If you are willing to get lower quality work in order to have a quick and easy appointment at little to no notice, go somewhere else. As I arrive they stare at me in silence for a good 2 minutes then ask if I have a reservation and I replied no but I called to ask if you accept walk-ins and you said yes but then she told me she doesn't have time for me.
