I called to find out what time my upcoming appointment was to fix them and found out Hanna W had quit. No one even called me! I gave them multiple opportunities. I am not hard to please. (I think I just walked in during a slow time) The lady who did my nails was super nice. She helped me pick out a color and did a great job on my nails! She did file them into square shapes instead of coffin, which I came in with, but I asked her to trim them beforehand and they were a little too short to do coffin afterwards anyway. Will definitely be back!!

I seriously question her certification. Additionally, I had a fill-in done, everything was ok until she finished and asked me to wash my hands. I came in with coffin-shaped nails which she changed to square during the fill-in so I asked her to put the shape back. She wasn't familiar with coffin and I coached her to taper and leave flat at tip vs pointy. She did the best she could which I appreciated until she charged extra $5 for her failed attempt on top of the sloppy paint job. Full set is $25 she charged $23 for this..... It's not the end of the world and if I go in again I'd probably give her another shot and maybe add some gentle feedback. I like supporting small businesses and have come to learn that in a small town, even though things aren't perfect, I'd still recommend this business to others. Sometimes language barriers and personalities get in the way and sometimes customers are just Karen's looking to make themselves look better by besmirching a business. I'm not here for that!
