I went back for a second appointment on Tuesday and did not have a great experience. I left the spa feeling like I just wasted $100+. Leaving for vacation soon I emailed them twice before June 7 and asked someone to call me. No response. I came back from vacation and my daughter actually sent an email since I was getting no where (senior citizen here and she had paid for it!) Kayla finally left me a message, but due to a medical situation I didn't call her back until July 19. Assuming they wanted their customers to be satisfied. Kayla was not terribly nice and said she did not remember the earlier emails. No apology and said it had been too long. I persisted and she finally said she would give me half of the pedicure price back. Whatever. Run from this place. Don't waste your hard earned money-or your daughters!!!!!!!!!

Where do I start?…read more Amazing hotel with a great spa. Friendly staff as well as knowledgeable. They didn't skip on anything. My friends (7 of us) visited the spa for a couple of services. We were very pleased with everything. I especially have to brag on my masseuse Matt. I've been dealing with upper arm pain for about 10 months. I've even been to another masseuse and I have received very little relief. Matt worked on my "locked" muscle and I'm almost back to normal. I literally slept with my arm under my pillow for the 1st time in months NO PAIN Give this spot a try. Can't wait to go back.
