I went back for a second appointment on Tuesday and did not have a great experience. I left the spa feeling like I just wasted $100+. I could tell my massage therapist was distracted and even texting on their phone during the massage. Very disappointed in this recent experience and I probably will not be going back.

She left scrapes on my fingers caused severe pain in my cuticles and I contracted an infection in my hand as a result. Terrible establishment terrible owner waste of money. The hair salon and stylist was worth more than the total of all services combined. She makes the whole spa.

I couldn't believe it that she knew just by look and feel of my lower back that she knew that the left side was far worse than the right side. Dawn also found some very knotted spots in the middle of my back that I didn't know were there until she massaged them out.
