Just dropped in to clean up my eyebrows. Now I have permanent ombré, Which is basically an eyebrow tattoo. So all they needed to do was follow the tattoo line. Not only could the tech not follow the tattoo line, she basically plucked all of my eyebrows!! I paid for waxing, not plucking!! So it hurt like hell and she still couldn't follow the tattoo outline!! She was heavy handed on the wax and failed to make it look clean. On top of that she was slow! A whole set of people came in and left twice by the time she was done! And it was incomplete! What a mess!! The ambience is nice but these ladies have no idea what their doing. Could get a better job in a Vietnamese nail shop! Or perhaps because I dropped in they gave me the newbie. Either way, horrible!! read more

I absolutely love this place, and their employees. I myself personally see Alyssa, she's super professional, friendly, and sincerely cares about her clientele, always making sure they are comfortable or seeing if they need anything, talking them through the process to make sure they're not scared with anything. I really enjoy the fact that she engages in small talk, and is perfectly fine if you prefer not to speak, or even decide to take a nap. Sugar Mama Waxing has an elegant approach and feel to it, the women are all very enjoyable to not only speak with but a joy to be around. The staff is always very friendly, clean venue, I never have a hard time getting a appointment. They also offer this thing called sugar babies club and you can't beat the price. They have good quality wax just as good if not better as some of the very highest salons in our area but only charge half the price when with the sugar baby club. read more
