I've had my hair cut there three times. the first time I had to go back because it was cut crooked. the second time was OK except the layers were done strangely so I always had a boufant on top and a flip at the end. the third and final time the stylist clearly didn't understand what I meant by blend all the layers and add face framing because I still had a boufant when she was done. I asked her to blend the layers and she chopped huge chunks of hair from one side of my head. well, I don't have a boufant anymore but the sides are once again uneven and my hair was so thinned it has no volume. I went from a boufant on top with flipped up ends to flat and uneven. I've never written a negative review before and hope I don't hurt anyone feelings, but I gave her three chances. I'm not going to bother going back to have it fixed because I'm afraid I'll leave with a pixie cut. I'll just find someone else to cut my hair.

I must mention how uniquely and tastefully the shop is decorated. I mean, wow! I absolutely love it! With all of this, I decided to make an appointment to get my hair done and to get a pedicure. Stacia cut and styled my hair. It is the best haircut I've had since I moved to Bristol almost 3 years ago. Thank goodness that I finally found a great stylist. Shannon performed my pedicure and she did a great job. Plus she has a great personality (both Shannon and Stacia have great personalities), which allowed for good conversations during the pedicure. Shannon does make up, as well. I want to go on a little more about the way the shop is decorated. According to Stacia, Shannon has the gift to decorate and transformed the blank space into the eye pleasing creation into the beautiful space it is now. It has wide black and white stripes painted on the walls, extremely high backed thrones as seats for the pedicure booths on and elevated platform, and it has a few booths available for stylists and manicurists to rent. You should visit this place. You will feel like you are on a mini vacation. I highly recommend this new-to-town business.
