My nails were previously incredibly strong and healthy. 1 star because I told him I wanted to keep natural and he insisted on this acrylic anyways, and I didn't know how terrible it could be for nails. Communication was poor. He filed them down too much, because now it's almost August and they are still thinner than they used to be. Had no idea my 3rd manicure ever was gonna ruin my natural nails. Stop talking people into acrylics so you can get more money ya jerks. I have NOT painted them since the one time after this so they wouldn't break. (And that was wish regular polish ONCE) Regular polish last less than 2 weeks.

Day two in the mountains and I made the executive decision to embrace my true identity: lodge…read morebunny, not snow bunny. While my friends hit the slopes, I treated myself to some serious self-care--and Happy Nail Spa absolutely delivered. True spas in the area were booked months out, but I was able to snag a facial and deluxe pedicure here, and I'm so glad I did. From the outside, it looks like a typical nail salon, so I was a little hesitant about the facial--but WOW, I was pleasantly surprised. My facial lasted a full hour, and Hannah was incredible. The facial massage alone could've put me to sleep, and the attention to detail left my skin glowing and me fully relaxed. I was ready for a nap afterward in the best way. The deluxe pedicure was just as amazing. After a day of skiing, asking for some extra leg massage attention sounded tempting--but I didn't even need to ask. Between the herbal soak, sugar scrub, mud mask with hot towels, paraffin wax, volcanic hot stones, and multiple leg and foot massages throughout it all, I felt like royalty! Three different staff members helped throughout the service and every single one was kind, attentive, and skilled. My legs and feet have never felt better. Friendly staff, great service, and way more spa-like than expected. I'd absolutely come back the next time I'm in the mountains.

My gel mani will normally last at least two weeks, with this one I'm sure my nails will look grown out within a few days because despite repeatedly asking for the polish to cover my entire nail bed, it just didn't happen. My nieces, daughters and myself will never ever go back to this place of business…read more Where to begin. The owner humiliated his staff by yelling, talking down, and was absolutely rude to them. From an HR perspective he should have been dismissed. He was saying you won't be here long and you don't know what you're doing, just sit down. But yelling and in a demeaning tone. Honestly, after being stuck there for 3 hours and me constantly reassuring his staff member they were doing good because it was the lack of communication and leadership from the owner. I actually wanted to leave but didn't because myself and another guest were standing up for his staff member. He literally belittled her and treated her disgusting. She should file a hostile workplace suite on him. To top it off, our nails were horrible. My girls never want to hurt peoples feelings but I will kindly ask for items to be corrected especially when the total was over $300 My daughter's nails were so bad she cried and begged me not to say anything. They were all filed in different shapes and even the woman who painted the design was clearly in shock with how bad of a job the owner did on them. My second daughter pedicure was a French tip with no pink paint, they still did pink but she said I can deal with it but then her nails literally no words, I did say something like you need to fix these and he said I have another appointment and I can't and there on already so I would have to restart in that moment my daughter cried. I was livid and I said you need to fix them they look horrendous my daughter begged me to leave it, so I did. My 4 year old niece had her toes and fingers painted that's all they charged us $40 are you kidding me mind you we were there for over three hours because they overbooked I'm still upset about our experience and I should have not paid for their services but I did. I went back and forth with the owner for over 35 minutes because and I quote " all prices are different then the price sheet" my niece 14 got mani pedi for $50 nope it was $75 I asked why he said oh cause the person who did her toes cost different, honestly I don't know how this place is in business. It's not clean ( osha) needs to investigate without notice and the disgusting treatment of the employees is a walking law suit for harassment and hostile work environment. What is sad about it his staff won't file because they need a job and he would be the kind of ex boss to give horrible reference feedback and really it's due to the abundance of stress they are working under and if they quit no unemployment so these people are stuck. Absolutely disgusting wish I could give negative stars because I would.
