I went once and got a lovely dip manicure. It was even and dipped to a normal thickness (I've been doing dip nails since 2016). My pedicure done at the same time was so-so... the pedicure and exfoliation itself was well done but the polish was so thinly applied I could see through it. I wrote it off as just not the best polish job so I went back for a second time. I almost didn't but everyone was so sweet I wanted to give them a second try. This time, they did not have time to do my toes as booked online, and I was with a lady who clearly did not know what she was doing with a dip manicure. She was taking instructions from the lady beside her the entire time. In the time that the lady working beside her did an entire dip on another customer, she was still trying to Dremel tool my original dip off. 90 minutes later, I was STILL in the chair. My naturally long nails have been filed down to where they are barely past the tips of my fingers, and they are still not shaped the same nor are they even. I do a rounded tip and the middle finger on my right hand is rounded towards the left. It looks ridiculous but my nails are so short I cannot do anything about it. Additionally, I have never had the filing tool used so much on my nails in my life. The cuticle on my pink began bleeding before I even got home. And--my nails are so thinly dipped they feel fragile and look horrible...and the tops are not even (ridges, bumped) and to be honest I am counting the days until they've grown out enough that I can justify going elsewhere to spend more money on a manicure. Everyone in here is very friendly but the quality of work twice now has been such that I cannot suggest a return trip. read more
