I stayed with her as she was very good and also very personable. The last time I went in, they had relocated to the space next door. When they did, I don't k ow if they changed product, but within two days, my nails had peeled off. I called to find out what time my upcoming appointment was to fix them and found out Hanna W had quit. No one even called me! I gave them multiple opportunities. I am not hard to please. But when you spend the money, you expect to get what you've paid for. I won't be returning and would not recommend them to anyone. It appears the money went into an improved building and they have economized on the product itself. Sad...very sad. I hadn't even received a

(I think I just walked in during a slow time) The lady who did my nails was super nice. She helped me pick out a color and did a great job on my nails! She did file them into square shapes instead of coffin, which I came in with, but I asked her to trim them beforehand and they were a little too short to do coffin afterwards anyway. Will definitely be back!!

I seriously question her certification. Additionally, I had a fill-in done, everything was ok until she finished and asked me to wash my hands. I came in with coffin-shaped nails which she changed to square during the fill-in so I asked her to put the shape back. She wasn't familiar with coffin and I coached her to taper and leave flat at tip vs pointy. She did the best she could which I appreciated until she charged extra $5 for her failed attempt on top of the sloppy paint job. Full set is $25 she charged $23 for this..... I will never go back, much prefer M&M.

Worth a million bucks to me. Meanwhile, I decided to have a pedicure with another person there, basically to kill time. It was ok. I'm licensed to do these myself and was happy enough about the service but when I got a good look at my toenails I had to laugh! It's not the end of the world and if I go in again I'd probably give her another shot and maybe add some gentle feedback. I like supporting small businesses and have come to learn that in a small town, even though things aren't perfect, I'd still recommend this business to others. Sometimes language barriers and personalities get in the way and sometimes customers are just Karen's looking to make themselves look better by besmirching a business. I'm not here for that! Lee was amazing with my daughter, and that is what I went for. I'd recommend Nail Envy as a good, clean, place to go!
