Stacia cut and styled my hair. It is the best haircut I've had since I moved to Bristol almost 3 years ago. Thank goodness that I finally found a great stylist. Shannon performed my pedicure and she did a great job. Plus she has a great personality (both Shannon and Stacia have great personalities), which allowed for good conversations during the pedicure. Shannon does make up, as well. I want to go on a little more about the way the shop is decorated. According to Stacia, Shannon has the gift to decorate and transformed the blank space into the eye pleasing creation into the beautiful space it is now. It has wide black and white stripes painted on the walls, extremely high backed thrones as seats for the pedicure booths on and elevated platform, and it has a few booths available for stylists and manicurists to rent. You should visit this place. You will feel like you are on a mini vacation. I highly recommend this new-to-town business.

True spas in the area were booked months out, but I was able to snag a facial and deluxe pedicure here, and I'm so glad I did. From the outside, it looks like a typical nail salon, so I was a little hesitant about the facial--but WOW, I was pleasantly surprised. My facial lasted a full hour, and Hannah was incredible. The facial massage alone could've put me to sleep, and the attention to detail left my skin glowing and me fully relaxed. I was ready for a nap afterward in the best way. The deluxe pedicure was just as amazing. After a day of skiing, asking for some extra leg massage attention sounded tempting--but I didn't even need to ask. Between the herbal soak, sugar scrub, mud mask with hot towels, paraffin wax, volcanic hot stones, and multiple leg and foot massages throughout it all, I felt like royalty! Three different staff members helped throughout the service and every single one was kind, attentive, and skilled. My legs and feet have never felt better. Friendly staff, great service, and way more spa-like than expected. I'd absolutely come back the next time I'm in the mountains.

I think the person I had when I first wrote this review may have been new or just having an off day. I've been back several times specifically to see Angela. She is always quick and courteous. This was my first visit to polish nail bar. The service was relatively quick but the price was a little high. They do your nails at a bar instead of individual mail stations. The bar idea is neat, but it's really not comfortable for guests, the countertop can be rough on the elbows and the stools can cause a little back pain. I am not sure if I would visit this salon again.

I am not one to normally write bad reviews as I am a business owner, myself; however the more I think about and tell friends about my experience today I can not leave it unsaid. I am visiting from out of town and came in to get my nails done this afternoon. I'm not sure of the lady's name, but she was in the back towards the sink at the first chair and had a cup that was pink and white with bows on it. I explained to her that I had hard gel on my nails and that I did not really care if she wanted to fill them in with hard gel, or completely take everything off and do a full acrylic set. Whichever was easier was fine with me as I was a walk in and it was busy at the time I was there. I was under the impression that she was going to put acrylic over the hard gel that I already had on, so I said again "this is hard gel on my nails right now". She got an attitude and said "I understood you the first time!! You've already told me that" When she started drilling my nails, she asked if my last set was from there and I told her no, I normally do them myself because I am a hairstylist and stain them with color so I normally do not pay to have them done. She responds, "well that explains why they look so bumpy". I thought this was rude. The last straw for me was before I even knew what my total was or got out of my chair, she asked if I was tipping cash. I find it extremely rude (as someone who is in the same line of work and receives tips, I would NEVER ask a client about how they were tipping as I do not EXPECT a tip EVER and especially before I tell someone their total). I am not asking for a refund or anything along those lines and my nails really do look great, however, I was not impressed with the customer service I received today and thought someone should know about it. I appreciate your time.
