I've been coming here since I moved to Tri cities 3 years ago. Love all of the staff here. Today I met Cathy. She's new to the salon and as sweet as can be. I had a fill and pedi. Let's start with me, I am a bit particular about nail shape and thickness. Maybe a bit neurotic. Lol. So Tracy tells Cathy what I like and Cathy executed perfectly. The pedi was OUT OF THIS WORLD!! The massage was on point and I look and feel like a million bucks!! I hope this review doesn't make it tough for me to get Csthy in the future but I simply could not gatekeep!! This place has never been the best, staff is a bit rude however the prices are outrageous! The service is sub par and the wait is ridiculous. The service is poor, the pedicures are weak and God forbid you ask for regular polish! They will charge you $5, per foot or hand, extra to take off gel polish if you ask for regular polish to be put on this visit. So take your gel off at home, first. I will never go back and have no idea why people keep allowing themselves to get scammed by these people. read more

Very good service in the past, but the last time I was there I was kept waiting for nearly 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment. The nail color book was yanked out of my hands by one of the men before I could decide on a color. Nail tech used a dirty towel with me and metal equipment was not sanitized - even used an old emery board. Not sure what happened this time, but I won't be back. They need to respect their long-standing clients' health and scheduled appointment times - and not be rude! read more

I've been coming to la Bella since I've moved here 3 years ago because the service has usually been amazing and they do a great job. I normally get a full set with powder. It lasts way longer than the dip powder. They've done it each and every time I've showed what color I've wanted and everything. Today I went back for my usual fill in/ new full set and one of the guys that took me was extremely rude. He asked me what I wanted and I told him a full set powder nail in the color I wanted and he grunted (as if he didn't want to do it). I showed him the color and he proceeded to tell me that we don't have that color in powder. Showed him two more (basic) colors and still told me they didn't have it..so I settled on just doing WHITE again. Then proceeded to tell me that he can't do white bc there isn't a white in powder form even though I've had it done before. Then said he can't do powder on acrylic and that he doesn't have the tools anymore to be able to do powder? Even though the nail tech that was sitting next to him did mine last month.. he clearly just didn't want to do my nails because of the time it would take. Then he told me, I could wait for some one else to do my nails, when I had already waited an hour. I told him no, I would just leave because it was evident that he didn't want to take the time to do my nails and all he said was "k goodbye" and walked off while talking about me to another nail tech there. Extremely disappointed with how I was treated. Do better la Bella. read more

I had heard about Mango through SEVERAL co-workers. His work speaks for itself. He's so talented, polite and very meticulous. He takes pride in his work, as he should. My nails turned out amazing. This was my first time going to him and you can tell he truly cares about his clients and their happiness and safety are his top priorities. If I could give him 50 stars I would. This time I had given him a few inspiration pictures and he made it his own and better. Next time I'm going to give him full creative freedom and I'm already excited! Thank you so much Mango! Again! Best Pedicure I've had in a long time- super nice staff! Even the eyebrow waxing was great! 10/10 recommended

I had a regular pedicure and gel manicure on Thursday. My gel manicure started peeling on Friday, 24 hours after I got it. I called and they told me they would give me a discount for another gel manicure! A discount! They would not do it for free. I left for vacation so I couldn't even go back for the "discount" gel manicure. Terrible service and products. My gel manicures typically last 2 - 3 weeks. Now I have to figure out how to fix these while on vacation. read more

Tracy is amazing at what she does with nails. I had the best pedicure given by Kenny. I will definitely go back and book an appointment with these two before I do. I have learned that if you walk in to have this done you will have a very LONG wait. I will not ever just walk in without one. Place is so beautiful after the remodel. My grand-daughter loves to have her nails done and have a pedicure and watch TV. They always but it on something she can watch. Great place and everyone is very friendly. read more
