The Nails Lounge is by far the best experience, value, and quality manicure and pedicure I've ever gotten. The whole team works together to take care of the clientele, and the space is bright, welcoming, and open while being able to handle the amount of people they serve. Tom's pedicures are meticulous and gentle. Never had a bad manicure, so much that I trust the owner to pick my colors for me and have never been disappointed. Can't say more good things. I love this nail salon! I have been going here for years and refuse to go anywhere else! At first, I didn't know the options or what I wanted, but Katelynn has always been patient with me. Are you kidding me? I mean look at my nails. My pinky and middle finger had tips on from my last nail appointment and I told him once he took the previous dip color off I wanted all my nails to be that length. My right hand honestly looks great but I wanted my nails A LOT shorter. 1. He started putting dip on my right hand before even taking the dip off of my left hand (which had the correct length nails on it) 2. He put a tip on my pointer finger because it had broken off -he then put acrylic on my pointer finger before doing dip. I did not ask for acrylic nails I only wanted dip. 3. On the right hand he did not get all of my previous color off of my thumb before starting to apply the new color (which is fine this time because the color was white before this so it didn't show, but you should take it all off before you start the next color normally) 4. WHAT IS THIS SHAPE?? I told him the length of my pinky and middle finger is how long i wanted them and kind of square/round (not oval like they started. He did not remove length from any of my nails (which had grown out for 3 weeks!!!) so all my nails are different lengths. I have never had such a terrible nail job EVER. I will probably go somewhere else tomorrow to get them fixed or just have to file them down myself at home which is so annoying since I paid $40 for this and over an hour of my time. I will never recommend The Nail Lounge & Co. to anyone or ever go there again. read more

I would definitely give a zero if I could. My daughter had her nails done like she has several times before and the nail techs sat and openly made fun of her nails and fingers to the point where my child called me as soon as she left and was crying. When I went to speak to the owner I never even mentioned my daughter's name but she instantly knew who I was talking about. Very distasteful and it doesn't look real good for ur business! So thankful my children, now adults, know that making fun of someone is hurtful and wrong! Parents teach your children or they grow up to be just like those nail techs! read more

I recently moved to East Tennessee, and this is the third Nail Salon I've tried. Finally I received good service and good quality manicure and pedicure. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. They treated me great as a new customer. I am glad that I did not get scared away by all the negative reviews previously documented. read more

I was referred to this salon and was extremely disappointed. Pure acetone was placed and left on my nails for 50 minutes. Staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. I was also, sent a text the next day to describe my experience and I still haven't received a response. Luckily I stopped the manicure before any more damage was done to my nails! read more

The rudest customer service I've ever had in my life. I made a pedicure appointment with Caelynn, and she kept me waiting 45 minutes. When she was finally ready, she didn't even acknowledge or apologize for the wait. Not one polite word at all, not a smile, and then she mumbled under her breath for 10 minutes about the state of my toenails. She jerked my feet around roughly.
